Holiday rentals with a pool in Maenam Beach

We felt super comfortable - the Airbnb looks so great, almost even better than in the photos :) Anna - our host - personally welcomed us on site and checked in with us and shared some useful information. The Airbnb was super clean and the kitchen super equipped. The construction workers were already very clearly audible, but we just resigned ourselves to it and it really didn't bother us. It was rather exciting to watch from time to time haha :) The only drawback - the frosted glass windows in the rooms are not darkened and it is very bright in the morning. But with a sleep mask, that also worked. All in all a great stay, great location with scooter - nothing works without it. We felt super taken care of and at home and you could never get enough of the great view!! Pool also clean, once a week cleaning staff even came and cleaned and changed beds / towels. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic place to stay at. I stayed with a group of 6 people and the home was spacious with a breathtaking view. All of the rooms had bathrooms and we were all comfortably able to have our own space in the home. Olivier was flexible with check in and provided a big list of things to do in Koh Samui that we took advantage of. He also helped us have mopeds brought to the house. Cannot recommend this place enough and will be returning on my next trip to Thailand.

The place is absolutely fabulous. You can’t really grasp the scale of it until you’re there; it’s enormous. The views are stunning, and the main living area truly makes the home special. The bedrooms are lovely, especially the one on the top floor with its private bathroom and fantastic views. The property includes a housekeeper who was there six days a week. The host can also arrange a home-cooked meal, which we tried one evening. It was delicious. They can even arrange massage therapists to come to the house, and the cost was comparable to going out to a salon. One downside is that some of the furniture could use an update, but I understand that’s already in the works. Getting to the location is a bit of an adventure, with an unpaved road and some steep hills. The house is built into the side of a hill, so there’s a bit of a climb between floors. That said this place is an absolute must-rent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Patricia's beautiful villa in Koh Samui! The flexible check-in & check-out made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Patricia was an incredibly friendly and communicative host throughout the booking and our stay. On the ground, Kate and Sun were amazing—super helpful and always available when we needed anything. Sun met us at the villa to help us check in and give us a full tour. The villa itself is stunning, the pool area and the view are incredible, you can see all the way to the sea and the islands beyond. The location is very close to Fisherman's Village, just a 10 minute drive up into the hills from the main highway, and easily reachable by car or scooter. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay, we will definitely be back next time we are in Koh Samui!

Beautiful place, location is up on a hill and not very walkable but was easy to coordinate transportation with local taxis, grab, etc. amazing view. Matthew was a responsive and helpful host and the staff were very welcoming!!

I absolutely loved it here at RR Retreat! Me and my partner instantly felt at home and could easily rent the house out to live in!! It’s just got everything you need and all the little touches that made it feel like home. The pool and the relaxing area around it was spotless. There is even a laundry room onsite that is free of charge, for someone who has been away from home for many months, this amenity was appreciated. I was very sad to be leaving, but we will be back 💞

We had 5 excellent days, alternating pool (well maintained), beautiful sea, beach restaurants (very affordable prices) and scooter trip in the interior jungle (200 baths/day). Minus for the heavy traffic on the main road. Not easy by scooter. Sikarin and Nathalie are very responsive and make sure our stay goes wonderfully. The accommodation, parquet floor and very pleasant terrace, satisfied us. The second shower, outside, is very nice.

Was very happy staying here! Nice big room with a balcony and fine internet for working.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

Nice apartment, we liked everything! It’s quiet, there is a pool, and we had a motobike, so the location didn’t matter much for us. Thank you for a great time!

Oshin has been a wonderful host, we found the apartment to be exactly the same as described, i was in awe of the same. Great Location, Great Air Conditioners. Great aesthetics. the only thing which bothered me was behaviour of the reception staff, but that is not Oshin's responsibility. Also, the Lights in the apartment, some are not working and switching layout is just so confusing.

Fabulous week - thanks so much to Nikki, Ton and the house team for a really relaxing week in this beautiful villa. Such a peaceful location right on the beachfront. Ton took care of us from start to finish, keeping the villa clean and tidy. Nikki was so helpful in recommending excursions and booking them for us, not to mention the fabulous private chef who cooked delicious meals for us on a couple of nights. The Ang Thong marine park boat trip was the highlight of our whole trip to Thailand. We loved the two or three little beach cafes, bars and a local restaurant within walking distance too. Would love to return one day.

Beautiful villa , will definitely come back

We had a pleasant stay at the villa. Everything turned out just how we expected to spend our holiday this trip. The villa itself is located on a quiet beach in the south of Samui. I loved how it's uniquely decorated and felt related to some pieces of their collection. During the day, the tide was low around the time we stayed which allowed us to take a long walk in the morning to the sea. I had never been so close to nature of Samui like this tho I even lived here for years before. Kevin was a fantastic host. He was very helpful and responsive which made it even better!! We definitely would love to come back again !

Had a great stay at the villa. Very clean and comfortable, Emmanuel was also incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Only downside was the location, had a lot of taxis cancel on us due to the steep hills to the villa. Bare this in mind when booking to hire a powerful car/motorbike
