Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mae Wang District

If you are looking for an authentic thai village experience, peaceful and quite place, with great and very welcoming host and funtastic breakfast in the morning... look no further, this is it!!! It's a shame we couldn't stay a bit longer, but the stay will be the one to remember) We struggled to find the place in the beginning, but the stuff from the village bar have helped us to get to the location. Overall we liked the whole experience a lot. Thank you)

入住时间2024年12月22日-28日 带妈妈和孩子一起来的 用google map按这个地址导航直接可以到。 JVG3+PF Ban Mae, San Pa Tong District, Chiang Mai, Thailand 位置在郊区，适合自己开车去。打车也可以，早高峰的时候需要多叫几次，提前30-40分钟叫车会好一些，这里特别适合需要比较安静环境的人，其实哪也不用去，就住在这里就很放松，其实当时有些邻居就是这样的。 这里的负责人村长大叔是当地人，特别真诚、热情、善良，虽然听不懂英语，但是会准备翻译机，也建议大家手机里自己下一个翻译软件，在泰国非常有用。苹果手机用自带的就可以，我用的就是这个。 房子非常漂亮，和照片一样，village里有一个小的公共游泳池，水不深，最后一天，中午马上退房了才带孩子玩儿了一会儿，刚下水有点儿凉，完全下去后就一点也不凉了，而且也有阳光，拍照也很好看。 虽然没见过房东本人，但是沟通很顺畅，响应也很快，是个值得去住的好地方。 亲自验证，没有踩坑，值得推荐。 Check-in time was from December 22nd to 28th, 2024. I came here with my mother and children. You can directly arrive at this address by using Google Map for navigation: JVG3+PF Ban Mae, San Pa Tong District, Chiang Mai, Thailand. The location is in the suburbs, so it's suitable to drive by yourself. Taking a taxi is also okay, but you may need to call several times during the morning rush hour. It's better to call a taxi 30 to 40 minutes in advance. This place is especially suitable for people who need a relatively quiet environment.

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

Nous avons essayé la maison Chombua. Que dire si ce n’est que notre séjour était trop court. Nous aurions souhaité rester quelques jours de plus tant la maison et l’environnement sont agréables, et nos hôtes, Finn et Lek, prévenants et très sympathiques. Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse pour tous ceux qui, en plus de Chiang Mai, veulent découvrir la campagne environnante. Une chose est sûr, nous reviendrons très prochainement. Ploys place is easy to find and very convenient to stay. Big house, many rooms, wide space and great view. it's a perfect place to relax with friends or family. The house is nicely decorated and quite comfortable.

前有稻田背靠小溪的可愛小屋，未抵達前有點擔心會不會在田中央，前不著村後不著店的。但其實就在大馬路轉個彎就到了，附近也有7-11和一些小吃店。實際位置也就在機場/baan kang wat方向再往南一些，距離清邁老城鬧區也不算太遙遠，有開車很方便，還可以沿路看看觀光區外當地人的真實生活景色！ Host是台灣人，溝通上完全無障礙，線上提供了很多協助。空間乾淨簡單又有很多喜歡的小細節，沙發上一眼愛上想偷走的老布 😆 草席上矮矮的小茶几一角放上藤籃和茶具，窗邊木桌上整套手沖咖啡工具加上小巧音響，音響對於獨居旅客降低空曠黑暗的恐懼幫助極大，還有不知道該怎麼說就覺得配置很好的燈光設計！ 基本配置很貼心完整，親膚乾淨的床組和好睡的枕頭，露台的小廚房也有烤箱/微波爐及廚具可自行使用，這次一個人旅行時間也不充足沒有使用到，若是團體旅行感覺夜晚一起在露台吃火鍋或喝酒一定很棒。 獨旅女子準備了啤酒和餅乾，在客廳放著音樂享受了放鬆舒適的一晚，有機會一定還要來！

This was the first time I visited. It’s such a wonderful day staying here surrounded by clean and fresh atmosphere. Lots of activities where we can swim and feed elephants next to the accommodation. For me, this would be a top ranking and recommended accommodation. Thank you Hamdee

nous avons passé deux jours merveilleux en compagnie de yuri et bom qui sont des hôtes fantastiques dans leur accueil, leur disponibilité et l'attention qu'ils portent à leurs invités. je ne vais pas répéter tout les commentaires positifs précédemment écrits mais seulement remercier chaleureusement des gens avec qui j'aurais aimé pousser les conversations à un niveau plus complexe si nous avions partagé la même langue.

首先，酒店的地理位置非常优越，周边就是宁曼路有很多餐厅和商店，步行几分钟就能到达，出行非常方便。旅游度假，这里都是绝佳的选择。

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

I had a nice 1 week stay here. The apartment is well-equipped and is maintained in a perfect condition. Everything is modern and well-thought. It is located in the far end of the building, so no traffic noise and no neighbors from the sides. Only sometimes I've heard humming of the neighbor's air conditioner from the other floor and church bells from afar, but this didn't cause any discomfort. Arthit is very comfortable and pleasant to communicate with, truly a superhost. I've arrived at 11 AM and was able to check-in this early. Didn't need to wait. This will be the first option to stay on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

It really felt like home! We stayed 2 weeks and were sad to leave. It’s the perfect location to get lost in the old city. Thanks for having us :)

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

We moved to this accommodation from another of Lin’s as Lin was a fantastic host and we felt right at home. I’m glad to say we felt the exact same in this place. We were greeted by Lin’s mother in law upon check in and she was so charming and friendly, she guided us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment was just like the photos, spotless, spacious and cosy 😊 the bed was very comfortable, we’ve seen others mention it to be hard but we found it wonderful! They even supply complimentary bottled water, juice boxes, soda, coffee and tea, and fruit! Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we were helped super quick and Lin’s parents in law would be right at the door as soon as possible if needed which made us feel very looked after, and they were so friendly and great to talk to! The building itself felt like a hotel (even though it isn’t) with a cute coffee shop just at the lobby. Overall, fantastic stay and can’t wait to stay again!

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

The apartment at the Astra Condo was so great. We felt so incredibly comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was modern, very clean and fully equipped. The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.
