Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mae Raem

Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful and had everything we needed, Katie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We enjoyed chatting with Katie's dad, too. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast and the laundry. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

We had a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough for peace and quiet, but still close to great restaurants, markets, and temples. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering helpful local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

(업데이트해달라고 했는데 실물보고 실망하는 경우도 있다고 하시며 그대로 두신 것 같아요) 특장점 1. 공항 픽/드롭 무료 한국-치앙마이 비행시간이 늦는데 늦은시간에도 픽 드롭서비스를 직접 해주셔서 너무너무 편한 여행이었어요.(숙소이동 없이 여기서만 숙박하고 귀국함) 2. 숙소컨디션 전통 스타일 나무숙소여서 정말 감성있고 특별했어요. 호스트 Rath의 장인장모님이 살던 집을 고쳐 쓰고있대요. 가족에게 소중한 공간인 것을 알기에 더욱 감사하고 소중하게 썼답니다. 1층, 2층으로 나뉜 여유로운 공간도 좋았어요. 1층은 침실1개, 화장실1, 식탁, 거실, 주방, 뒷뜰 세탁기(세제 섬유유연제있음) 2층은 침실2개, 화장실2개, 대형tv와 거실공간 이렇게 이뤄져있고 침대는 모두 킹 또는 퀸이며 암막커튼 방마다 모두 있어 포근히 잤어요. 샤워기수압은 그렇게 세진않앗지만 긴머리 머리감기 불편할정도 아니었고 샴푸 바디워시 컨디셔너 핸드솝 치약 면봉 모든게 갖춰있어서 좋았습니다.😀 제품은 로컬제품이었고 리필이 아니고 새상품 주셔서 더좋았어요 샤워필터 바꿔꼇었는데 다른지역보다 훨씬 덜더러워져서 아주 만족했어요. 3. 빠른 연락 현지피드백 문의사항은 메신저등을 통해 수시로 연락해서 물어봤었는데 아주빨리 대답해주셔서 각종 현지정보(맛집, 교통상황 등) 바로바로 여행일정에 반영했답니다. 너무 좋았어요.과거 승무원으로 근무하셨던지라 영어도 잘하셔서 소통에 어려움이 없었어요. 4. 연계서비스 도이인타논 프라이빗 투어를 소개받았는데 기사님조차 너무 친절하셨어요 완전 대만족! 앞건물 마사지도 합리적가격에 이용해볼수있었어요. 로컬마사지도 괜찮으심 시도해보세요! 이정도면 Rath 의 가족이아니냐고 하겠네요! ㅎㅎ 전 게스트였지만 만족해서 꽉채워후기올려요. 감사합니다 rath🙏

The villa was amazing, the pool was great for a few people and the barbecue is great for a family meal! The snacks and drinks were a great touch and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants a relaxing time in Chiang Mai!

What an amazing experience and worth every penny! The location was ideal for getting where we needed to be, we felt secluded and safe while still in a convenient place to enjoy the bustling city. it really was an oasis to come home to after long hot days. We hope to return to Thailand someday and absolutely want to stay here again. The communication, the accommodations, and everything in between was absolutely everything we were looking for and needed for our stay in Chiang Mai!

Great place especially for the price, really nice spot to end our travels

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

The place is superb, looks exactly the same as pictures and have everything we need. The host is very nice and responsive, will definitely recommend to everyone who wants to go to Chiang Mai.

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!
