Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mae Raem

Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful and had everything we needed, Katie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We enjoyed chatting with Katie's dad, too. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast and the laundry. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

We had a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough for peace and quiet, but still close to great restaurants, markets, and temples. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering helpful local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. Is there another accommodation that was this good? Even if you give 1000 points out of 5, it's not enough. It's too big for 2 people, but it's the best place for 3 or more people! I told Rath, but the real thing is much better than the picture. (It seems that I asked for an update, but I was disappointed to see the actual product, so I left it as it is) Features 1. Free airport pick-up/drop-off The flight from Korea to Chiang Mai was delayed, but even at the late hour, they provided a pick-up and drop-off service, so it was a very comfortable trip.(Stay here without moving to the accommodation and return home) 2. Accommodation condition It was a traditional style wooden accommodation, so it was really emotional and special. He's renovating the house where his mother-in-law, Rath, used to live. I was even more grateful and cherished it because I knew it was a precious space for my family. I also liked the spacious space divided into the 1st and 2nd floors. 1st floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining table, living room, kitchen, backyard washing machine (detergent, fabric softener available) The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large TV and a living room. It's made up like this. All the beds were king or queen, and there were blackout curtains in every room, so I slept comfortably. The shower pressure wasn't that strong, but It wasn't uncomfortable to wrap my long hair. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toothpaste, cotton swabs, everything was nice.😀 The product was a local product, and it was better because it was a new product, not a refill. I changed the shower filter, and it was much less dirty than other areas, so I was very satisfied. 3. Quick contact, local feedback I contacted them frequently through messenger, and they answered very quickly, so I was able to reflect all kinds of local information (restaurants, traffic, etc.) in my travel itinerary. It was so nice. Since he worked as a flight attendant in the past, he was good at English, so there was no difficulty in communicating. 4. Linked Services I was introduced to a private tour of Doin Tanon, and even the driver was so kind. I was completely satisfied! I was able to use the massage in the front building at a reasonable price. Local massage is also good, so try it! I'd say it's Rath's family! The villa was amazing, the pool was great for a few people and the barbecue is great for a family meal! The snacks and drinks were a great touch and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants a relaxing time in Chiang Mai!

What an amazing experience and worth every penny! The location was ideal for getting where we needed to be, we felt secluded and safe while still in a convenient place to enjoy the bustling city. it really was an oasis to come home to after long hot days. We hope to return to Thailand someday and absolutely want to stay here again. The communication, the accommodations, and everything in between was absolutely everything we were looking for and needed for our stay in Chiang Mai!

Great place especially for the price, really nice spot to end our travels

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! Highly recommend to all travelers, you won't regret choosing here ~
