Beautiful villa in a quiet picturesque location. The owner was helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Ningning was very responsive and accommodating. I felt the place looked like the photos. The only downside I had was finding a couple of lizards in the place but that’s to be expected as it’s a tropical island. They offered to come catch them and were kind about the issue. Overall highly recommend!

Booking a villa in Koh Samui can feel overwhelming since there are so many beautiful areas and so many options, but we have visited the island 3 times now and I can tell you that this is paradise!!! Look no further and book here! The views are unreal and you’re in your own private cove with an infinity pool to take it all in. Wake up and take in the stunning sunrise from your upper balcony that overlooks Koh Phangan or walk along Thongson beach just in front of you. We spent each day going back and forth between the beach and pool and there is a beach shack with food/drinks/massage/sunbeds/ and jet skiing was epic!! It’s very private and quiet, yet super central and easy to get cabs/deliveries. Manfred is an amazing host! We used the recommended chef for a private lunch and it was the best we have ever had and made the trip so special- It’s a must!! The house has everything you need, is clean, and is just a dream vacation spot so I hope if you’re reading this, you get to enjoy soon! :)

It was a very nice stay with a very nice host. Super pool, beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds, great sunsets. The only essential drawback for me was that the direct beach access unfortunately does not use much, as the sea is not suitable for swimming at low tide or at high tide.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Indu Siam. The villa was beautifully furnished with high-quality finishes and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff, especially Anna, were fantastic—attentive, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and perfectly situated for exploring Koh Samui. We appreciated all the thoughtful details and clear guidelines provided by Davide to ensure a smooth experience. Highly recommended!

Christian's villa is as described in the photos, only much more beautiful!!! It is really luxurious and it has everything you need for everyday life. The location is unique in the countryside on a hill with a breathtaking view, you can't get any better 🥰🥰🥰 Christian is also a great host who is competent, friendly and helpful!!! I can only recommend the villa to everyone and if I come to Koh Samui again, I will definitely go back to Christian 😁😁😁

I have travelled to every corner of the earth and used Air BnB’s for a number of years….. but the Z-Villa has completely blown every other place out of the water!! - IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Truly the most unique, peaceful, stunning, happy, quirky, beautiful property I have ever had the pleasure to stay in! Just wow. I knew it was going to be impressive…. But my jaw hit the floor then I arrived. The detail that’s gone into the design of this home is OUTSTANDING. I wanted to be somewhere that felt remote and secluded; but had all amenities within a few miles drive; and the Z-Villa was PERFECT. I spent hours relaxing and floating in the pool, at nights I used Zak’s fully equipped kitchen to cook meals, and during the days; I sunbathed in the living space and deck. It was lovely to have staff who were on hand at all times to help with cleaning and they kept the place SPOTLESS. This is a MUST if you’re looking for the most wonderful place to stay on Koh Samui. Every detail was just PERFECT!

Very nice place with a stunning view. Communication with Nick was smooth and the information he provided about the island was really helpful. The house is on top of a hill with lots of stairs but you get used to it. We recommend that you rent a vehicle or a motorbike because that’ll make travelling so much easier. The villa doesn’t have complete privacy as the nextdoor neighbourhoods can peep through and see when you’re on the balcony or walking up the stairs to the bedrooms. We had a power outage after a storm one night but apparently those are a regular occurrence on the island. Also, there was quite a bit of construction happening around the community so that was a little bothersome. Overall we had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay at Christian’s place! We were welcomed on arrival and shown around the places - the views were nothing short of beautiful and a really great location! The space was as described and lovely and modern! Would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt. A few things to note: -Fisherman’s village had a bustling night market I believe on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays evenings. The fire show is on daily and can be seen from the Airbnb, deffo recommend a stroll to watch it - we were wary of local taxi companies ripping us off compared to Bolt app but actually some of the taxis that we got that (red pick ups) can be cheaper if you have a large group like we did - On the walk to fisherman’s village via the beach there were 2 dogs (these looked like pets as had collars on) that were incredibly vicious and protective even on the second occasion we tried to walk and kept close to the shore. Nothing to do with the Airbnb just a heads up if you walk via the beach

Our stay at Baan Sawan was perfect. The view is breathtaking & the pool & tropical gardens are stunning. The villa is spotless & beautifully maintained — spacious rooms, inviting common areas & everything impeccably clean & cared for. It’s peaceful & private, only 10 minutes from Fisherman’s Village, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops & anything else you need. Star & Levy were the most wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. Star’s cooking was a highlight — generous, delicious breakfasts each day & a dinner on our first night that was restaurant-quality. Levy’s attention to the garden makes it feel like a tropical postcard. Both were warm, helpful & a real joy to be around — their presence added so much to our experience. Everything about our time here was smooth, thoughtful & relaxing. Anne & Alistair have created something truly special: a luxurious, welcoming home we’ll never forget. We’re so grateful for the experience & can’t wait to return.

Great location, central to everything within a short drive. Location up the hill had fabulous unobstructed views. We used all the amenities the host offered including in house spa, private cheif, grocery delivery, activity coordination, breakfast and all were excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and they even put up decoration. The staff was helpful while giving us our space. We were three couples, no kids, traveling from the states.

Paradise! We were wonderfully welcomed. The villa is in a beautifully wooded residence, the view of the sea and the sunset are sublime. The infinity pool is large enough to swim. The bedrooms and bathrooms are pretty and spacious, the air conditioning works very well. The living room opens entirely, giving the feeling of being outside, above the sea. Perfect service, a gentleman visits morning and evening to clean the pool and terrace, tidy up the loungers. Several ladies prepare and serve a very hearty and diverse breakfast, concerned with everyone's taste. Our daughter doesn't eat gluten, they've always been very careful, and they managed to make her happy every day. The cleaning is daily and impeccable. A rental car was waiting for us in the parking lot, convenient because the villa is quiet, but far from the tourist places, there are good restaurants on the beach below.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Syama. Rachel was very quick to reply with any queries that we had and her staff were very attentive! Views from the property are spectacular as well.

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.

I highly recommend this beautiful villa!! the actual place looked so much more gorgeous than in photos, it was clean and tidy upon check in. do notes that you definitely need an 4wd SUV/ scooter to get up to the villa as the slope is insanely steep!! but the view is 10x worth it omg the mountain and ocean view was so so so pretty:) I stayed with my boyfriend just 2 of us so it was a huge space but we proffered sleeping on the first floor as there were blackout curtains. If you're sleeping upstairs there's no curtains covering the high windows and will definitely be woken up by the sunrise. The pool was small but so cute to take photos and just chilling there made us so comfortable , we didn't even want to leave the villa! Andrew and his team created a chat group so if I had any queries it was answered almost immediately with clear instructions. I definitely HIGHLY RECCOMEND this place and thank you so much for the warm hospitality ♡

Our family had a great stay at the Almond Eye Villa - the house is beautiful and the views are stunning. We felt right at home, from the get go as the management was very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the fact that the house is a bit secluded and off the beaten path. I made for quiet breakfasts and dinners in front of a gorgeous view of the ocean. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect, very nice beach and pool and we had enough space in the house! Beds were cleaned twice a week and the manager also helped who you needed it! Thanks for the great place my kids didn't want to go home anymore. We had a wonderful time in Kosamui!

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in front of the beach, with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the waves. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The accommodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful atmosphere made it an ideal retreat, far from the noise and crowds, yet still conveniently close to restaurants and shops. The host was fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Great accommodation with breathtaking sea views. You definitely need a car if you don't just want to be on the mountain. Sun burns from morning without shade on the pool. Everything there as described by Matt.

The villa was great, as described - felt totally like home - location is quiet, the pool was perfect for the kids especially when you want to stay at the location. Christian and Nina (property manager) are really friendly, answer immediately any question and were a guide for the island e en though it was not the first time for us in Koh Samui. We will definitely come back!

We were a family of four and absolutely loved our stay here! The private pool was perfectly maintained and just the right size for afternoon splashes and relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better: a quick walk to Ban Tai’s beautiful, serene beach in a calm, peaceful neighborhood. There are at least three great restaurants very close by – our favourite was Green Flow - always fresh and delicious. Our host was amazing – super responsive, full of local tips, and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated throughout. We highly recommend it for any family looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway on Koh Samui!
