Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mae Nam

Fantastic place to stay at. I stayed with a group of 6 people and the home was spacious with a breathtaking view. All of the rooms had bathrooms and we were all comfortably able to have our own space in the home. Olivier was flexible with check in and provided a big list of things to do in Koh Samui that we took advantage of. He also helped us have mopeds brought to the house. Cannot recommend this place enough and will be returning on my next trip to Thailand.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e miei due figli nella villa 5 per 5 giorni e siamo rimasti molto felici. La casa è esattamente come da foto e descrizione: ampia, immersa nel verde e a due passi dalla piscina e da una bellissima spiaggia. Il mare davanti al condominio è basso e roccioso ma facendo qualche metro a piedi si trova una zona di sabbia per un’ingressi più semplice in acqua. Le camere sono comode, con aria condizionata utile durante le ore notturne. A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono un paio di ottimi ristoranti, mentre il primo supermercato è a 15 minuti a piedi ma con Grab si gira benissimo tutta l’isola. Renate è stata molto utile nel fornirci indicazioni e contatti locali oltre ad organizzare il servizio da e per l’aeroporto con un autista di fiducia (economico rispetto a Grab). In generale un’ottima vacanza!

We had a fantastic stay at Patricia's beautiful villa in Koh Samui! The flexible check-in & check-out made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Patricia was an incredibly friendly and communicative host throughout the booking and our stay. On the ground, Kate and Sun were amazing—super helpful and always available when we needed anything. Sun met us at the villa to help us check in and give us a full tour. The villa itself is stunning, the pool area and the view are incredible, you can see all the way to the sea and the islands beyond. The location is very close to Fisherman's Village, just a 10 minute drive up into the hills from the main highway, and easily reachable by car or scooter. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay, we will definitely be back next time we are in Koh Samui!

Great place and peaceful if you are looking for a place to with a very private moments with your partner then that’s the one - Pannipa was so friendly from the very beginning till the good bye and very attentive to the details and with great recommendations for the best Koh Samui places She is a great host for sure Me and my wife loved the place One simple comment to make this place even greater :- the place needs TV Pls as the place is in a private location you will definitely need a bike to move around the place (don’t worry Pannipa got you one for sure) Good luck for you and marcus 🙏🏻

Wow, what a beautiful place. Exactly like the photos, check-in process is a breeze, the beautiful hosts had a very detailed list of restaurants to check out nearby, activities and so forth, as well as being very accomodating with booking things should we need to. Very peaceful and serene, far from the hustle and craziness but close to so many gems. The details within and outside the house are amazing and would definitely book this place again to experience for a much longer time. Thank you Stephen & Neaw

We had such a lovely stay at this property—it truly felt like a hidden gem. The home is fresh, thoughtfully designed, and honestly looks even better than the photos. What made the experience extra special was the team—easily one of the most professional and warmest we’ve come across on Airbnb. Super responsive and always ready to help, they really made us feel taken care of. The property is in a quieter, developing part of the island, so the road leading to it isn’t very well lit at night. But that said, cabs are easy to arrange and reach the doorstep without any hassle, so it wasn’t much of a concern. One thing to keep in mind: it’s about a 30-minute drive to areas like Lamai, Chaweng, and most restaurants. If you're planning to hop out often for nightlife or beach clubs, just be prepared for the commute. For us, the trade-off was worth it—we loved coming back to the calm after a day out. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful, well-designed space to unwind.

Couldn’t be more wonderful… Dave greeted us at the beautiful house and gave us such great tips on the restaurants in the local area and places we should visit. His recommendations were fabulous. The house is equipped so well, is clean and in a perfect location. The outside area and pool were secluded and a great way to relax after a day exploring. Tout était parfait l'appartement est incroyable et la vue également. Seul petit bémol pour la piscine qui est assez loin et l'accès pentue qui est un peu embêtant car les chauffeurs ne veulent pas monter jusqu'en haut.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very nice and exactly as advertised and the area is very peaceful since it is in the countryside. However, you are not too far from Lamai so for me the location was perfect. You should rent a motorbike if you stay here. Chrissie and her husband are very friendly and helpful and there’s a very friendly dog who will greet you every time you go out and leave. I would recommend this place to others and I will stay here again if I come to Samui.

Outstanding hosts and amazing place, just like the pictures. The apartment is stocked with everything you might need, the gym upstairs is great.

Just perfect. Appartement spotless all what you need is there. Maid Nan was great, very friendly. Combinaison of private place plus the use of the resort facilités is fantastic. Host very réactive, good advises all great. Hope just that next time I want to book it will bé free !!!!

Our stay at this Koh Samui apartment was amazing! The location was ideal — super convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to get around. We had no issues with communication, and Ahmed was always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Our stay at this air bnb was incredible, the stunning sunset views from the balcony were an evening highlight. The apartment is pristine with beautiful interior decor and has every amenity you could think of for your stay. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The Welcome basket on arrival is very thoughtful, ours included some wine, beer and lovely local snacks and chocolates. We loved the location, which was close to everything including the airport. We had a private Yoga and Sound healing Session on the last night, it was incredible, thank you for the recommendation Mel. We cannot recommend Mel and the property highly enough.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Super logement, emplacement de l’espace. Juste si comme nous vous avez un des logements du bas, je vous souhaite que le logement au dessus ne soit pas occupé sinon c’est bruyant. L’hôte quand à elle est réactive, à l’écoute, gentille, rien à redire la dessus je recommande !

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return.
