We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. Cheng's place was exactly as described—clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The rooftop infinity pool was a great bonus, and the coffee shop in the lobby added a nice touch of convenience.

The place felt warm, clean, and comfortable. It had everything I needed hairdryer, iron, kitchenware, washing machine. I really liked it, it was such a great stay! The walls are a bit thin, thoughI could hear footsteps and noise from the neighboring room quite clearly. So it’s something to keep in mind and be considerate about noise from your own side as well. Overall, it’s definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place :)

I loved that the accommodation was quiet and secluded! On Saturday, there was a night market right in front of the accommodation, so it was easy to see, and there were many things to do. Above all, they welcomed us kindly and the quick response was the best! However, it was a pity that the lighting in the house was a little dark! It's definitely a place I'm willing to come again!! I made so happy memories ~ Thank you♡

This is such a Lanna stylish house, 1 master bedroom with super large restroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom for kid which are all perfect for 5. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything you need for a short break or holiday is provided for you. Furthermore, K.Yuranan was very helpful, very welcoming, friendly manner and quick to respond our text messages. He also was great at communicating with us and checked we were okay during our stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

I definitely recommend it. During our two-week stay in this house, Jesse and his wife helped us very quickly in everything. The house is very comfortable and quite spacious. The patio is very well-maintained. We even made a Sunday BBQ and invited our friends. The kitchen is quite well-equipped and spacious compared to other houses in Thailand. It is a golden opportunity for those who love to cook. There is even a billiards and entertainment on the upper floor. The gym belonging to the site is right next to the house. The gym was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The security who constantly roamed the site on bicycles made us feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Stay in Chiang Mai Old Town! Our stay at Wilaiporn's place in the heart of Chiang Mai's old town was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect – a peaceful retreat yet just a few minutes' walk from a variety of great restaurants. We also found it very convenient to order food through Grab. The accommodation itself was beautiful and impeccably clean. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed sheets and covers, which made for a very restful sleep. My friends and I had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the place. Miss Ning was an exceptional host – friendly, proactive, and incredibly accommodating. We were particularly grateful that she allowed us a late check-out, which made our departure much smoother. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit to Chiang Mai and highly recommend Miss Ning's place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located stay with a gracious host.

If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t do this home justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Craig’s home is beautifully decorated. You can tell he put so much thought into every part of the home. It’s filled with beautiful antique furniture. Located in a neighborhood that is walking distance to a 7/11 and restaurants. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee overlooking the ping river. The pool was also very refreshing after a long day of exploring. The energy in this home is unmatched. I was always in a state of calmness. We instantly felt at home. Craig and his staff constantly checked in, assuring we had everything needed. I wouldn’t change a thing! This was our first time in Thailand and won’t be the last. Craig made this trip so memorable. Craig, thank you so much! Your kindness and generosity is so very much appreciated. I can’t wait to come back and visit!

The apartment is well located and walkable to Nimman 1, maya mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony mountain view is magnificent.The homeowner was very responsive and communicative.Temporary due to late check out and house owner openly.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.Renovated during stay, working hours can be noisy, can't do it.The balcony door is screened and sealed but still can hear the airplane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back when I get the chance. Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
