The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is located in the attic on the second floor. Bed dimensions: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is located in the living/kitchen area. WiFi, parking is included in the price. Additional charges to be paid on site Tourist tax: 5.90 per adult/night, 2.60 per child/night (6-12 years). Guest card benefits, free use of train and bus in the region.

Enjoy time away where deer and fox kiss good night. Our Maiensäss invites you to linger, listen to the birds and crickets and watch the treetops dance with the wind. Create special experiences cooking with fire or exploring the forest. The hut is ONLY accessible on foot via a hiking trail inabout 30-45 minutes from Klosters Dorf. Guests are responsible for cleaning themselves (as in an unprotected mountain hut)
