Holiday rentals with a sauna in Madrid

This place was very cool. Reminded me of the "Hey Arnold" apartment from the 90s cartoon. Very clean, easy check in and in a great, quiet neighbourhood. Its a little far from attractions but a great place to stay if you are here for work or have a car.

Великолепно! один из лучших апарт-отелей, чисто, уютно как дома и при этом элегантный интерьер хорошего отеля, дружелюбные и отзывчивые девушки на ресепшене, удобная кровать. Нет вида из окна, но расположение всё компенсирует - всё самое интересное в шаговой доступности. Мне всё очень понравилось, обязательно вернусь.

Fantastic location, just one street away from the Opera and Royal Palace. It's within walking distance to Gran Vía and Malasaña, and we really enjoyed our stay at Roberto’s place. The apartment was spotless and well-organized. Thoughtful touches like charging cables by the bed added to the comfort. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Madrid.

Spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. Great location everything is walkable. Very responsive host, was replying in minutes which was nice. Could be noisy at night because of few bars around and the walls are pretty thin you could literally hear all the neighbours and sometimes you think they are inside of the apartment. Very well designed apartment but the shower is not practical at all after the shower water was everywhere. Sauna was working this time which was a nice touch. Would recommend it.

La estancia fue excelente y la vivienda ideal para lo que queríamos. Zona tranquila para descansar y bien conectada para poder moverte por Madrid. Víctor en todo momento estuvo atento a si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Todo muy bien y mi valoración muy buena.

Estuvimos un mes alojados toda la familia y estamos especialmente contentos por las facilidades ofrecidas por Francisco, que nos facilitó entrada flexible, facilitando llevar maletas previamente para que la entrada y la logística fuera más sencilla con los niños.

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

Het was helemaal super. Een afgelegen plek vol privacy midden in de natuur. Een mooi zwembad, ruime kamers en alles zag er super netjes uit. Ontzettend fijne plek om te verblijven. Emmanuelle reageert snel en is heel vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker terug!

La estancia fenomenal casa acogedora y bonita. Isaias una persona encantadora del primer momento nos atendió muy bien ,nos transmitió confianza como si estuvieramos en casa.A pesar que fue una noche y con niños pequeños un finde de mucha lluvia estuvimos muy agusto y nos aconsejo en todo momento sitios para visitar.Lo recomiendo 100%.Estaré encantada de volver.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour chez Susana et Isaías . Ils sont adorables, chaleureux, gentils, une rencontrer notre comme on en fait peu ! Sécurité maximale, propreté incroyable, literie excellente, on peut se garer facilement, Isaías est très réactif et sait se rendre tellement disponible . Nous avons rencontré plus que des hôtes, nous avons rencontré des amis ! Nous avons visité Tolèdes et le puy du fou qui sont très proches de la maison de Susana et Isaías . Si nous en avons l opportunité, c est certain nous reviendrons dans cette maison qui , plus qu un logement est un foyer animé d une magnifique chaleur humaine Merci Susana, merci Isaías.
