Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Madrid

Pablo is a warm and kind host. We like this little apartment a lot. A small playground right outside the door. A few restaurants within walking distance, some closed on weekends though. The bedroom is a little dark but not a bad thing for summer. It’s super cool. You don’t even need AC when it’s 33c outside.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Lage ist top. Am Sonntag hat es einen tollen Markt in diesem Quartier - direkt vor der Eingangstür.

Cristina is such a lovely person & host. Always responsive & helpful if I needed anything. Also have great recommendations on local restaurants. I would definitely return & recommend 🥰thank you Cristina que Dios te bendiga fue un placer conocerte.

Loved staying at Paula's place! Very quaint and cozy and she left treats out for our travelling dog, Frankie (which he absolutely loved). She also had great recommendations for parks to take Frankie for a walk

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Jose Miguel has a very cute, clean, comfortable apartment in a neighborhood in transition. It's about a 8-minute walk north from the Puente de Vallecas Metro stop. We were very comfortable in his well-furnished, clean, easy to enter apartment. The instructions were clear, and communicating with him was easy. We joked that we wished we could copy his apartment and paste it into every place that we visit! In terms of comfort, layout, and space, it was one of the top 3 places we've stayed. That said, we didn't cook there, so can't speak to the quality and ease of cooking, but everything else was a gem!

A great choice if you’re looking for a very well located, clean apartment with good amenities & a view. We loved having the balcony and watching the goings on in Plaza Mayor - hen’s celebrations, proposals, holiday selfies & the general buzz really added to the atmosphere of the trip. Great hosts who were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I had such an amazing stay here! The apartment itself is just so well-designed and really spacious, it feels really open and comfy. They've seriously thought of everything—you'll find all the bits and bobs you need in the kitchen. Plus, the air conditioning works like a dream, which was a huge relief, and the place gets this gorgeous natural light all day long. Seriously, I'd tell anyone to stay here!

Super friendly and helpful host! Great communication and guidance. The location was not in the center of the city, which is perfect for us to stay away from the crowd. The studio is spacious, clean, and has everything we need. We will definitely come back if we visit Madrid again!

Apartamento muy bien ubicado dentro del barrio de la latina, el metro está muy cerca y todo el ocio del barrio a unos pasos. El apartamento muy limpio y tal y como aparece en las fotos.

Great stay! The location was perfect walking distance to everything, with a tube station nearby if needed. The area felt very safe with cameras around. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and we loved the bright, open-plan layout. Would definitely stay again!

Raul has been the best host we have ever had in our 8 years staying at AIRbnb's. cheking in was perfect, Raul was there to welcome us and explain us everything. The fridge was full with water, sodas, fruits. The checkout as well, and he even drove us to the airport. Superhost! The apartment is perfect, 5 stars. Super clean, spacious, confortable beds. location is perfect, close to everything walking distance. definitly coming back to this apartment on my next trip to Madrid.

So cool!! Really. Never seen anything like this. The design is so cleverly crafted and the furnishings and appointments are thoughtfully curated. The only thing is……there isn’t any downside. None. Great location, walkable to sights, shopping, splurging!! Been to over 2 dozen vacation rentals and this is the best. And I haven’t even started about how great Pedro is.

Muito prestável e simpático! Fica numa zona incrível perto do metro que nos levou a todo o lado que queríamos! O espaço é exatamente como descrito e ainda fomos otimamente recebidos com snacks e comida, para termos uma estadia perfeita! Não podíamos recomendar mais!

Stylish and functional top-floor apartment in a fine location in La Latina neighborhood. The only thing missing was a freezer for ice! We would happily stay there again.

Un apartamento con una situación inmejorable en un barrio maravilloso. El apartamento es acogedor, tranquilo y cuenta con un portero muy amable disponible para responder cualquier pregunta. Es un apartamento interior, lo cual le da una tranquilidad estupenda y está muy bien iluminado, así que no se echa de menos una vista exterior en absoluto. Tengo que mencionar que la ducha tiene una presión perfecta, algo que no suele ser común en apartamentos y que se agradece mucho. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Agradecí muchísimo que me permitieran dejar mis cosas varias horas antes de la hora de entrada sin ningún tipo de pega. Me ha encantado todo y me encantaría volver. No tengo ninguna pega, al contrario!

O apartamento de Paola é exatamente como descrito e acomoda bem duas pessoas. Muito bem equipado, contendo microondas, frigobar, todos os itens de cozinha necessários, máquina de lavar e ar condicionado. As instruções foram claras e self check in fácil de ser realizado. Muito bem localizado, dá pra fazer várias coisas a pé e também muito perto a pé de duas estações de metrô. O prédio no geral deixa um pouco a desejar e a acústica do apartamento também, já que por muitas vezes foi possível escutar conversas e televisão ligada de vizinhos, além de todos os dias aproximadamente no mesmo horário (07:30 da manhã) escutávamos o mesmo barulho, que acreditamos ser da retirada de lixo. Do apartamento em si, a porta do banheiro é um pouco transparente e para ter luz solar perde um pouco a privacidade, já que o apartamento é no térreo, e por ficar muito fechado, as toalhas nao secaval direito. Paola foi muito proativa e estava disponível.

Recomiendo este apartamento por su ubicación, cómodo, en un lugar muy tranquilo y a escaso 100 metros de La Gran Vía, la anfitriona Nuria muy amable.

Pasamos 4 noches en el alojamiento de Lila, es un apartamento agradable, muy bien ubicado, cerca de paradas de metro y bus, cerca del centro de Madrid. Coincide completamente con las fotos, acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario para estos 5 días. Lila es muy amable y se preocupa por que la estancia sea lo mejor posible.

Very pleasant stay and a very organized host that made checking in/out super easy. The apartment was spotless when I got in and had a great AC which was important given the heat wave in Madrid. Only downside was not related to the host or apartment - one neighbor (upstairs or next door) started the washing machine at midnight and it was loud in the bedroom until it died down. Nothing the host can do about that so I just put earplugs in initially and had a good night sleep overall. Can recommend the flat overall as it's in a nice area and it's secure and managed by the host so everything was very easy to coordinate.
