Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with private kitchen, shower room and living room. The bedroom & living room are freshly decorated. Guests have their own entrance to the annex which is adjoining to the main house but separated by two doors. Feel free to use the garden and bar-be-que and to sit wherever you like. We have a friendly dog who will wonder around but keep away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy

Lyndsey was so helpful, allowing us to drop stuff off early and organising a dog friendly taxi. She was immediately responsive to all my questions and made last minute arrangements for my daughter to stay as well. The property is lovely, just as described and very clean and comfortable. The sunny terrace is a big bonus. We really enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend Lyndsey’s home.

Denise was actually at the apartment when we arrived and allowed a few minutes early to drop our cases, which was very helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our weekend away. The window in the main bedroom rattled slightly at night so that was a bit annoying but can’t be helped. We sat in the garden as the sun was shining which was lovely. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Steve is a great host, available if needed but never intrusive. The flat over looks the hosts pretty garden, lovely to hear and watch the birds that visit the garden. It is just off the main road, but the noise was minimal and not a problem. All round enjoyable comfortable stay.
