Had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for three couples. Location was convenient but a bit noisy with the road behind the house. Pool was a great addition and home had lots of extra and anything we needed. Would return when back to visit family.

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

Loved our stay here for a girls trip! Lots of room and very clean. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive host. Great safe neighbourhood as well!! Would definitely recommend :)

Derek was extremely responsive. His place was big, luxurious and made for a relaxing stay during the weekend with our family. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town with a group.

This was my 2nd stay at Joel’s place in Pleasant Ridge. It was again an amazing stay. Very comfortable, cozy, and safe. It was perfect for our needs, and matches the pictures and description. This time I even went on a late night walk through the neighborhood. It was very peaceful and I felt extremely safe! In the kitchen there’s plates, glasses, dish soap, paper towels, coffee grounds, all you need to get through the day. There was even soap for doing laundry which my buddy was happy about. Lots of restaurants and stores around, some you can even walk to. I plan on booking Joel’s place whenever I’m back in Metro Detroit. Joel’s is where I feel right at home!

Brandon’s place was just what we needed for a short vacation to Detroit. Check-in was easy and flexible. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend and would stay again the next time I’m in Detroit.

Michael's place was awesome, the amenities are over the top - we didn't have time to use everything he has to offer. Our dog also loved the house - even though it's not completely fenced in, we were able to use our car to keep her up totally in the backyard.. We felt very safe and welcome in the neighborhood, very walkable and pretty. The house was situated perfectly with everything we wanted to do in the Detroit area... We will definitely stay here again, when we come back up to the Mitten state!

Thoroughly enjoyed the escape room style puzzles set up throughout the house. Very nice guy and the house is in a lovely neighborhood.

Cameron and Audrey were wonderful hosts. They responded quickly to any questions we had. They have a very nice house that is well maintained. The neighborhood is very family friendly with lots of young families seen walking the neighborhood. Will definitely look to book with them again for future visits to the area.

Great host and home. Will be booking again on my next trip to Michigan.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved it. 10/10 definitely recommend booking here, I felt right at home lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area if needed. The host was very responsive and always checking in to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. The area was really nice, very quiet and I felt very safe. I would definitely be booking again. Phil really had the place comfortable for all of us and went the extra mile with snacks, a doggie bed, and toys. Our pup really enjoyed the ball! He was also very flexible with our arrival and departure time which was very helpful! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location for us while visiting family in the area. We worked remotely, so having the second bedroom set up as an office was perfect for us and the wifi worked well for video calls. The bed was on the firmer side, but was comfortable. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay! We came into town for a Tigers game and it was easy to get downtown. Royal Oak is a very nice community with a cute downtown and wonderful churches for Sunday Mass. we will definitely visit in the future!!!

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. The bed was comfortable, and all the little touches made it feel like home. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Would absolutely book again!

We enjoyed our stay here! We were down for a concert at Ford Field. The location is great for visiting different areas of Detroit and surrounding cities. We enjoyed shopping, the restaurants, and DoorDash was easily available!

This home was extremely clean and very well kept inside. Outdoors could use a little TLC, but I think it's a new listing so I'm sure they're working on it. It was extremely hot so we were mostly indoors when we were there anyway. There was some confusion (on my part) about the wording in the listing (we thought the "pool" referred to was an actual pool, not a pool table :) but it was fine. There was construction on the street in front of the house, but we were there on a week-end, so they weren't working. It was a good location for everything we had planned (all events within 30-40 mins.) so for our family of nine, it worked out great! We appreciated the host's help in resolving an early check-in issue as well. Definitely a safe area and Hippies Pizza just down the block was amazing!

Kelly's place is in the perfect location to do all things Detroit without staying in the city. I loved the fact that food, coffee, and CVS were all in a reasonable walking distance. Everything that I wanted to do in the Greater Detroit Area was about 15-25 mins from this charming home. It was nice to be able to head home to the comfort of the house.
