It was beyond great me and my wife really love an enjoy it even tho it was jus for one day we had a complete blast jus the get away was amazing!!

Excellent all the way around. Leah was super and the place was great! Would highly recommend!. Enjoyed smores by the fire pit outside and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking! Enjoyed the record player and playing albums while making dinner! Close to all the great hiking etc def a great place and having a great host is super important for all to go well and this checked all the boxes

This place is absolutely perfect! Host is wonderful and left handwritten note upon arrival. The house is spotless, has privacy, and close to hiking trails. It is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway and we will definitely be back! -Lora and Jonah

Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Felicia’s cabin. It was clean and peaceful and the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, listening to the breeze and watching birds.

We loved the cabin and it was a perfect getaway place to relax and enjoy time with friends and celebrate the girls senior year. The hot tub was a great hit and was used every night. They even have a hammock! Well stocked kitchen with coffee maker and toaster. Very responsive hosts and the beds were super comfy. The drive is beautiful but windy so be careful. Might want to arrive in the daytime. A comfy cozy cabin that we would definitely come back to.

Beautiful location and property. Wi-Fi was an added surprise and nice since there's no cell signal in the area. Everything was clean. The main bed was comfy. We were able to bring our puppy but the property didn't seem like it had had dogs before/ it was clean and smelled nice.

I booked this place for my mom for Mother’s Day. She had a great time and loved the cabin! Also the hiking near by was a bonus!

My son and I spent 5 wonderful nights with our 2 dogs at the Briar Patch cabin in June 2025. The cabin was exactly as pictured and immaculately clean. While in the Red River Gorge, we enjoyed making memories by hiking, going off-roading with Out the Top Adventures, and spending quality time at the cabin in the evenings. Unfortunately we didn’t make our reservation to do underground kayaking far enough in advance and they were sold out until August; so if you want to do that, I recommend planning ahead. I felt like the cabin was a bit of a drive to do most things in RRG, which was upwards of 45 mins away. Guess I could have done my research a bit more; however, Jessica was an amazing hostess and we truly could not have had a better experience. The cabin was a little slice of heaven and I was grateful to be able to share the time with ALL of my boys :) Thank you for your amazing hospitality and sharing your beautiful cabin with us, Jessica!

it was truly a great place to have a little getaway. the outhouse was not dirty and was stocked with toilet paper. the ac inside worked great, the view was gorgeous, even though we stayed on a rainy weekend. the nice touches of plastic cups, paper plates, and plastic utensils were greatly appreciated, as well as the soap and jugs of water. i loved the games and the privacy of the place! if i am ever wanting to get away again, i will be staying here!

The property is beautiful. It was so nice to sit on the porch and look at the lake and watch birds. The fire pit was really nice. A great place to get away and relax.

The moment we arrived at the cabin, we were in love. This cabin is quaint, peaceful and private. We rented it for our 28th Wedding Anniversary and were not disappointed. We spent much of our time on the front porch. At night we would sit and listen to the Whip-Poor-Wills and the occasional Owl. Even a rainstorm during our stay couldn't stop us from enjoying the porch. One of my favorite things was the creak of the screen doors. It was music to my ears. My husband was on the fence about no television and brought a portable DVD player which we never used during our 4 night stay! The cabin was just too peaceful to need or want tv! And the bed is so comfortable! We think this cabin is quite the little gem and you'll find yourself very lucky to spend some time here. We know we want to return already! If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, private place then this fits the bill. No big city nonsense. No light pollution. No crowds. No stress! Just a beautiful, comfortable, fun stay.

Loved our stay at Anita’s cabin. The cabin feels bigger than it is, and is very cozy. The downstairs bedroom window is right by the creek, so I could wake up and listen to the water and the birds. The area is absolutely gorgeous - we walked the trails through the woods and walked the river several times. We enjoyed eating every meal outside on the comfortable patio furniture. It was so nice being able to bring our dog with us, and he loved getting to go on every adventure. Anita was very helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was a short drive to Red River Gorge, which made it super convenient. We also appreciated the peaceful surroundings, which added to the overall relaxation of our trip. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene getaway near the Gorge!

The Tuck Lex is a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host had thought of everything from a first aid kit and ironing board to extra toothbrushes with toothpaste (a lifesaver!). The space was incredibly cozy and spotless, with a perfect balance of charm and comfort. What truly set it apart was the peaceful setting. Nestled among Kentucky’s stunning horse farms & rolling green hills, it offered such stillness and quiet, feeling like a true escape. We loved winding down with a movie using the projector & screen, & the bed was super comfy. The location was ideal, too! We explored the Aviation Museum, spent a day at Ashland The Henry Clay Estate, had a dreamy dinner at the Kentucky Castle, & even wrapped up the trip engaged! We added in some fun at Main Event, I suggest bringing a good book to read on the porch or propane fire pit (weather permitting) Whether you’re looking for a calm retreat or an adventure-packed stay, The Tuck is the perfect spot.

We absolutely loved staying at serenity cabin. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the cows and their calves. The house itself is so comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is between Richmond and Berea and close to everything you could need. We all loved it and hope to come back again.

The place was great! Very Clean and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 dogs. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and sitting on the wrap around porch looking at the river. The one lane road was a little concerning at first but we never had a problem with any traffic. Thank you for a great vacation.

Laura’s place was perfect for our family of four. It was very quiet and peaceful, while still being located conveniently to everything we wanted to visit in Lexington. Laura was very responsive when we had issues with our arrival and came quickly to help us. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will happily stay again when we return to Lexington.

Love this place. Perfect if you’re looking for some peace and quiet (particularly solo or couples), but is also a short 10-15 minute drive to town (Berea). A great spot.

Just as described and exactly what our little family needed. Would stay again if in the Berea area. Very responsive when we had questions, and always provided detailed information.

Three of us girlfriends spent 4 nights in the cabin. The location is beautiful. We went to Ky horse park one day, shaker village one day, explored Berea one day and found 2 water falls one day. All the excursions were memorable and fun. We also had time to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. It was delightful weekend.
