Holiday rentals with beach access in Madagascar

Beautiful, I recommend it!

The accommodation is very comfortable and offers many amenities (swimming pool, air conditioning, fridge, rainshower shower, comfortable bedding...). The pool was well accessible and lit even late. The welcome and hospitality of Fabius, Leona and the rest of the available staff was simply exceptional and above our expectations. It helped us to be able to count on them because we were quite busy for the transfers when we arrived and left. We learned to appreciate the often very quiet neighborhood, nearby markets where there is typical Malagasy hospitality and smiles, and a large beach nearby very nice and clean. We fully recommend this place for your stay.

Dominique was very helpful and gave me good tips for my trip to Madagascar. The loft is beautiful with a view of the sea. The house is very far outside, you can't experience a lot from there on foot. The water pressure of the shower was very weak, "showering" was only possible while sitting/sitting. Unfortunately, contrary to what is described, there is no washing machine. I still had a great and relaxed stay!

What a great trip . I really needed some sun a pool and a beautiful environment and Casa Enza delivered on all front. What a view out over the Indian Ocean! And the infinity pool just footsteps from the door and I had everything to myself. I travelled for two weeks in March, technically off season but still 30 degrees every day. Very few tourists around too so really a great time to travel if you can. Maurizio was a really attentive host despite being thousands of miles away in Italy. He speaks excellent English. I had to work London hours during the week (nosy is 3 hours ahead) so good internet was essential and This place had just installed a new system which full delivered. Also Assany, a local guy. Was on hand to help as well as looking after the pool and the garden. Fantastic trip, I can’t fault it.

This was a great place to be, close to town but a quiet and tranquil space - fully recommended. In one apartment you get a lovely view of the bay, in the other you get to sit in the garden as urban lemurs come visiting. We were very happy in both.

We stayed at the place for 5 nights and it was just fantastic – the perfect start for our time on Nosy Be. Djouzare was always available and made everything very easy for us. The place is clean, well equipped and the air conditioning was a gift at the temperatures. The pool provided great cooling off, as did the sea and the beautiful, clean beach right outside the door overlooking Sakatia. A highlight was the housekeeper Max: always helpful, warm and responsive to everything – whether tuk-tuk, barbecue or laundry service. Right next door is a great restaurant where we liked to eat. We were particularly enthusiastic about the free kayak, which allowed us to paddle to the island in just 10 minutes to snorkel and explore the coves. An all-around wonderful stay – we will be happy to come back! Thank you for everything Djouzare.

The house has an enviable location, with views of both sunrise and sunset from the two platforms that stretch to almost touch the sea. The Garden is very well maintained with beautiful trees that shade part of the garden. The house is simple and tastefully furnished: colorful concrete floors, local four-poster beds, a very comfortable hammock, and - especially - a beautiful view from the many windows that open onto the walls overlooking the sea. Roselle and Jeudi are discreet and always ready to meet any need. They speak like all Malgasci, French. Philippe (max) welcomed us upon arrival and departure and was always available to give advice or resolve small issues. All in a dreamy stay in the wonderful Nosy Komba. Very beautiful waterfront villa. Great welcome from Jeanine and the team who are attentive throughout the stay. The accommodation is very comfortable despite the water pressure problem. The place has nothing to do with nearby hotels. Thanks for the great exchange

We were delighted with our family stay at Joanna's. The villa (superb!), the garden (a real island of greenery!), the proximity to the beach, the pool unanimously appreciated. We spent two weeks in this pleasant house that appears even better than in the pictures!!! A team made up of a caretaker, a gardener and a lady for the interior really very friendly and professional!! Pascal is always attentive and has good advice. We will keep a very good memory of it!

Very nice beachfront house, simple but intelligently designed. Very warm welcome from Alice, with perfect French, as kind as she is intelligent and reachable if needed - the whole team on site is also very good, pleasant and considerate. Plate of fresh fruit and coconut upon arrival. Thanks again to everyone. Frequent power outages but as often in Madagascar and generator if needed. The house is in a very good location at the end of the beach. No shops nearby but a tuk tuk that comes as soon as you call it (Ambatoloaka 10 min by tuk tuk for groceries or 15 min walk by small path). The place is very quiet, apart from roosters and dogs at night, but as in all of Madagascar. For those interested, there is a small drop for snorkeling, very nice, right across the house at low tide. The beach is quiet and pleasant to run as well. And every evening the sunset over the sea... a treat! We hope to come back!

Nothing but good things to say. I had a wonderful time. Keep in mind this is a local villa in Madagascar and you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful apartment, ideally located in the center, all amenities are within walking distance. With beautiful views on the 3rd floor. The kitchen is well-equipped, functional wifi. I recommend it.

Very good welcome upon arrival, the room matches the photos, the location is great! The beach is in front of the hotel, you can find a charming French restaurant next door as well as very pleasant excusions. The hotel is secured by a 24-hour security guard. The reception is attentive is also open 24h/24h. I would recommend this hotel, which is charming, simple and pleasant to visit Nosy Be.
