Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. I honestly can't say enough positive things about this beautiful villa/property and the host (Andrea). It exceeded all expectations. The pictures are beautiful, but it truly doesn't do justice to the real thing. The villa is huge with 4 very spacious bedrooms / 3 full baths that provides tons of space. The living room is huge with an incredible view and so much other room (dining, sitting area, etc). The outside patio is unbelievable with a view to die for. Has a private garage for a car if you drive and washing machine. Kitchen is good size with full-size appliances if you choose to cook. Air conditioning in all rooms! Andrea was an exceptional host and extremely accommodating. He met us when we arrived and gave us a personal tour and also left us with a delicious bottle of wine! If you take a train to Chiusi (we did), you will have to get a taxi from the station to the villa (~10 minute drive). Chiusi historic center is a very easy 5-minute uphill walk from the villa. 5 *

This stay was in a word, magical! Can’t say enough about the beauty of the home and the location which is set on the hilltops above Spello in a walled, cobblestone village of 30 people. We were greeted by Alessio with a fire blazing, local prosecco in the fridge and Italian music playing. What a host! We were treated like old friends. He gave us a great tour, explained the history of Collepino and followed up several times to be sure we had everything. He sent many recommandations to ensure our visit of the area was complete. The beds were very comfortable, beautiful decorated with high end linen. The house is much more spacious than it shows in the photos. We highly recommend this Airbnb. One of the best we have ever stayed in!! Linen.

Un’oasi di pace e ospitalità: il Capolinea è un angolo di paradiso – anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe 🐾 ! Siamo stati accolti con calore da Monica, con la sua energia travolgente, e Renato, con il suo aplomb irresistibile. Due persone gentili, attente e autentiche, che sanno farti sentire subito a casa. Le nostre due Weimaraner si sono sentite subito a loro agio, accolte con affetto e libertà. Il Capolinea è immerso nel verde, perfetto per rallentare e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose. La piscina invita al relax, magari con un aperitivo al tramonto. A pochi minuti, una collina regala una vista spettacolare sul lago, da togliere il fiato. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore, creando un’atmosfera calda e rigenerante. Stare al Capolinea è respirare l’energia di un sogno diventato realtà: Monica e Renato hanno creato un luogo autentico, dove godere della natura, del buon cibo e delle connessioni umane vere. Torneremo presto. Ci mancherete tantissimo 😘!

There isn’t much I can write that hasn’t already been said in other reviews. If you want a piece of romantic Italian countryside to explore - this is the perfect location! The entire property is beautiful - not a corner of it disappointed. Your made to feel at home and can fully explore all the gardens and area - my favourite was the hammock in the wooded area! Viola and her husband Gareth were super hosts - friendly, helpful and kind. Viola helped organise a fabulous wine and pizza evening for us. All the food she had on site was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to return

Jeremy’s place was lovely, very peaceful location and great to have use of both the garden at the back and the terrace at the front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. The whole place remained cool even though it was hot outside. The only downside for us was that you have to exit the house via the stairs at the front to get to the back garden, just a minor point but a bit of a challenge with young kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Jeremy was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Umfeld und bietet einen eigenen schattigen Parkplatz. Sie ist wirklich sehr gut und mit allem ausgestattet: Geschirr, (Wein)Gläser, Kochutensilien, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine...alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch Dinge wie Essig, Öl, Kaffee, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Wäscheständer waren vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, wir hatten keine einzige Mücke in der Wohnung. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über gute Klimaanlagen. Draußen gibt einen eigenen Esstisch bzw. Sitzplatz. Die Wohnung und auch die gesamte Infrastruktur (Pool, Waschraum, Garten) war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Saverio ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, reagiert sofort und nahm uns auch persönlich in Empfang. Man merkt, dass Saverio sehr am Wohlergehen seiner Gäste interessiert ist und ist dabei sehr diskret. Wir haben uns entsprechend wohl gefühlt.
