Cottage holiday rentals in Mablethorpe

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

The house was stunning and situated in a great location. It was perfect for myself, my husband, our three daughters and their partners, our grand-daughter and the dogs. It was well equipped, very clean and spacious. It was our first time using an Aga, which was interesting. The garden was a quiet retreat - a real sun trap - and the perfect place to barbecue. Heacham has lots to offer. The beach was only a short walk away (10-15 minutes) and there was a playground about 5 minutes away. There was a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and a Boots pharmacy and a large Lidl was not far away. We can recommend the fish and chip shop near the beach. And the doughnuts from the shop next door were fantastic. Amelia was a very friendly and responsive host who communicated quickly and efficiently. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and would highly recommend a stay at Hope Cottage.

Had such a lovely stay at The Hatchery! It had everything you need and more. The little things were thought about. Really nice quality bedding and towels - and plenty of them! Natalie & family were friendly and kept on top of the hot tub while we were there making sure it had the right chemical levels in etc! It’s a lovely spot for a quiet weekend, near enough to beaches but far enough from the crowds! Lovely!

The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet area, cottage was beautiful inside only issues were the damp inside the windows but to be expected from an old property, had plenty of utensils for cooking, very handy to have a dishwasher and washing machine in the cottage aswell, very peaceful weekend away and hot tub was an added bonus

Amazing stay! Just what we needed after a busy Christmas. Yew Cottage is in a fantastic location and has lots to offer. We loved the hot tub and it was only a short drive to the closest beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a fantastic stay ☺️

The place was very clean and spacious. Ghost was very responsive same helpful when needed. I would definitely stay again.

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

We stayed at this property for 4days and enjoyed every minute ! It was in an amazing stay and from the off we felt right at home. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, entering the property it felt warm and welcoming. The kitchen and all rooms were spotless and all beds were comfy with everyone sleeping really well. The hot tub and pool were also clean and we enjoyed both on several occasions. Katie was very helpful on a couple of questions and pointers which felt like we were being looked after. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be booking this property very shortly for the summer!!! Wonderful stay highly recommended.*****

Our 2nd weekend stay with Claire in 7 months. Claire and her team are all friendly and helpful. Accommodation is good and comfortable for the price and has additional recreational facilities on site. Location is very peaceful. Would recommend and we hope to stay again later in the year when we visit family in Skegness again. Thank you Claire & Team.

What a gem - we loved our stay here! Brilliant value for money. Such a beautiful location with a lovely view. It was also very clean and it has such a cosy feel but was very spacious. Emma was such a helpful host. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again!

What a find ! Superb accommodation set in beautiful grounds and lakes. Lush green views from every window. It was squeaky clean with fresh smelling linen and towels. Barbara and Luke were super hosts and it was obvious how much they care for their properties and grounds. We are very amateur fishermen and had lots of fun catching the small fish on maggots although it was obvious that the lakes were well stocked for those with more experience than us. No need to fish though - plenty of seats around the lakes plus patio furniture outside the accommodation, so if you are after a relaxing time away from it all I can't recommend it enough.

We absolutely loved Cherry Cottage. 6 of us booked for 4 nights and had a fabulous stay. Everything had been thought of at the house down to hand-wash, dishwasher tablets, and a lovely welcome box. The house is described as dog friendly but it was more than that.....completely dog sorted with a well fenced in garden, boot room and dog pound. The patio and garden were sunny and great to sit out in of an evening with a beautiful view. We walked locally. through some beautiful villages and hamlets, visited Louth with all its grand architecture and had a good meal in the King's Head in Tealby.

We stayed at Clemetis Cottage for one week. We arrived with clear arrival instructions and a wonderful welcome which included all sorts of treats, such as wine and chocolates, the dog even had his own bag of treats, such a lovely start to our trip. The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was really well stocked with glasses, crockery and staple foods. I had to work in Lincoln and coming back to the cottage each night was such a treat. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with a tearoom next door, a great pub and lots of country walks. Tealby is a great village and very conveniently situated for visiting the coast and other parts of Lincolnshire. We hope to return, we loved it so much.

We stayed at Ducks Nest in February and were happy to cone again, this time in Pheasants Roost. Everything was perfect again. We'll definitely look to stop here again when coming to the east coast and highly recommend it.

Amy was friendly and helpful. Felt at home as place was warm and cosy. Tight spiral staircase to bedrooms which was a novelty... kept puppies downstairs as they didn't like it! 😁 Tesco food delivered OK. Everything is spotlessly clean. TV awesome and sofa very comfy but need to roll out as it's low.... OK for young fit people 😆 Enjoyed the stay even though we were in middle of stormy winds etc. Garden is perfect and secure for doggies 🐕 and location is peaceful. Thanks Amy 🤗

Wonderful place to stay, peaceful and full of nature. Lovely accommodation cleaned and fresh. Everything you need. Highly recommend

The cottage has been planned and presented with excellent attention to detail. The gardens are huge and so well maintained. The gardens have lots of little 'hidden places' and quirky details that add to the whole experience. We loved the location, as it's off the beaten track but, not at the end of a dreadful dirt track but, amidst lovely open fields and with well laid access. Don't expect a million shops or restaurants in walking distance but, nice pubs and food are short drives away. Local town about 20 mins easy drive. A perfect haven for two people looking for peace and quiet.

Staying at the cottage was very relaxing- clear instructions on how to find and get in, and everything was well prepared for our arrival. Our stay at Thor's Garden Homestead was excellent, this charming property offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The spacious living areas provided ample room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. The location is ideal for exploring the local area, with easy access to scenic walks and attractions. It served as the perfect base for our visits to Lincoln Cathedral and Castle, the International Bomber Command Centre, RAF Coningsby, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and the nearby coast—Skegness, Sandilands, Sutton on Sea, and Mablethorpe were all within reach. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful countryside retreat with great access to both culture and coast

The cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable in a lovely, peaceful location. The adults appreciated the wine, and the kids loved their Easter eggs! The weather allowed us to enjoy the garden and the kids had fun with the toys. A perfect location for exploring local walk and bike routes.

Had a wonderful couple of days in this cottage. Everything was as described and the cottage was just so comfy in a prime location. Would happily stay again and was tempted not to write a review as it will make getting a rebooking that much harder!

This was our 2nd visit and was just as good as before. Again spotless, clean, tidy and comfortable. So peaceful and quiet. Found some new places to explore, Huttoft Beach - highly recommended if you just want the beach and sea. I think Woldside Cottage will be a regular visit for a short break. Thank you Becky.
