we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

We had a great time with the family at Cedara Home, there’s much to do, we enjoyed the videoke, kids were playing video games while all the rest are having fun at the pool. Complete kitchen needs were provided and the house was so clean and has a charm of its own. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and relatives.

Our family had an enjoyable stay at A.J's place Darlaston House. It was very chill and relaxing as if we're at home. The place is near and just walking distance from Serin ayala mall. They provide filtered water so no need to bring water container, they also have towels. I love their big TV with youtube and netflix, you can binge watch. Our dogs also enjoyed they stay as the place is spacious and they can run around. Ate Merle, the caretaker was so accommodating and explains everything when we arrive. Ms. Nellie the cohost also reach out and made sure we're good. This place is very recommended, we will surely come back and probably book 2 night next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

What a beautiful place!! Great for family get together. The kitchen has everything you need!! So peaceful and private place, with an amazing views of the pool and beach. Watched sunset whilst enjoying bbq with family. Would recommend!!

The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

We had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless. If we could suggest one minor improvement, it would be to switch the wooden sofa to a more comfy one for lounging, and maybe add a dish drainer in the kitchen for added convenience. But overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely book again!

We loved the place - spotless, spacious, comfortable and with an unbeatable view. Timothy was quick to respond and Ate Thaline took care of all our needs. Wish we stayed longer and already planning our nexr visit!

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

The place is safe because it's inside a subdivision. Gate will be closed by 10pm. Easy to locate since it's near the main road so there's no problem even if you're on commute. The surrounding is peaceful. Personally, I like Leo's home because of the cats and dog since I'm also a fur parent. :) Check-in is also hassle-free. Unlike other listings, the room has enough beddings for 5-6 persons so we were able to really rest well. Great for family stay. There's a balcony where you can have some quiet time while listening to the sound of cicadas. We have no problem with Internet connection too. Highly-recommended!

Ang ganda at ang cozy ng vibes inside the unit, ang bait & friendly ng staff very accommodating nag karon lang ng onting hassle sa lobby due to unexpected meeting daw at hindi alam ng host kaya natagalan kami. All in all it exceed our expectation thank you so much.👌🙂

We came back for another stay — this time, we booked two of their villa properties, one for our small family and the other for my husband’s side of the family. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and fun getaway together! Each villa was spacious and well-equipped, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living and dining areas, and a private pool. We loved having the extra space to unwind, and the girls especially enjoyed splashing around in the pool. The villas were clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The peaceful surroundings were such a refreshing escape from the city. Just a heads-up though — since you're close to nature, expect quite a few insects. Bringing insect repellent definitely helps! As always, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Despite the calm and quiet setting, you still have city conveniences nearby like SM Lipa and Grab delivery. It’s definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The place was spotless when we arrived. It looks even better in person. We didn’t need anything during our stay as all amenities listed were present and Ms. Yen was able to provide us with the necessary instructions prior to check-in. The caretaker was very kind too and even offered to take our photos. Thank you, we can’t wait to be back.

Booked Ms. Katrina’s unit just a day before the start of a conference we had to attend nearby. Everything was exactly as described. The view was really awesome! Ms. Katrina and Sir Nilo were so nice and helpful. Thank you so much!

Exact images and as described. Room is furnished like a home so its comfortable. The view is the best part. Aside from that only thing I wished was different was access to the front of the building as you have to exit behind the location. So having a car would be probably a great convenience to know next time. Aside from that, the room and the area is beautiful.

We’ve always liked Serin due to its proximity to great places in Tagaytay. Paolo is a great host, he corresponds in a concise but still very amiable. Very timely responses too. He welcomed us personally and helped us get settled. His place is just in front of the lift which we really appreciate, very accessible. Also the parking spot is a few steps away from the lobby lift. His place is impeccable and uncluttered. We have everything we needed and we felt right at home and comfortable. The floor where the unit is also very quiet, with very little foot traffic. Water pressure is great and water heater is sufficient. No issues with the appliances and furniture. We loved the balcony, has a good view of the lake. A bit of the morning sun but not that bad with the cool weather. Lots of walkable places to eat and hangout. Would love to be back here!!!

We definitely loved and enjoyed our stay at Erin’s place! The unit was spacious enough for the two of us, and it had everything we needed. My personal favorites were the cozy sofa bed and the reading nook — such a nice spot to relax. The place is fully equipped with amenities and kitchen utensils, perfect if you feel like cooking (just make sure to open the windows while doing so). It was already quite cold, so we didn’t even need to use the air conditioner much — it stayed comfortably cool throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was the leaking aircon. We had to turn it off for a while and then turn it back on, which wasn’t a big deal, but the water would drip onto the bed and floor, which was a bit inconvenient. We also loved Ate Cristina — she was incredibly helpful and accommodating! She’s just one text away, and she’ll be at your doorstep ready to assist with any issues you might have in the unit. Still, overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

The unit was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family, and it was also a bit more affordable compared to other options in the area. The instructions provided were quite detailed—make sure to read them carefully! I missed the part about running the faucet for a minute to flush out stagnant water, and unfortunately, the smell caught me off guard when I filled the water container. That was on me, but perhaps a small sign near the sink could help future guests avoid the same mistake. The view is absolutely beautiful—definitely something to look forward to each morning. Be sure to get the guest card to fully enjoy the amenities available. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it to future guests!
