Standard 10% discount due to the closed dike section. Very secluded romantic cottage on the dike, you can walk into the floodplains. Rest and privacy are paramount. The cottage is now accessible in an alternative way (by car, then 50 meters, behind the main house). It is usually even quieter due to the closed road.
