The apartments was beautiful and nicely decorated. We loved the balcony! It was also very clean. The area is very nice and safe. Also it was close to a big grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

It was a very nice place. Rio was very friendly and kind of us. Eventhough it was 3rd floor, we did not meet any trouble at all. The porter helped us without any dufficulty. I sincerely suggest this place and I want to stay again here when I visit Egypt. It was good!

I hesitate to write such a glowing review lest the apartment be booked if we ever need to stay here again! The apartment is excellent. We needed a pristine apartment, walkable, in Maadi Degla and this apartment was perfect. The hosts, Sherif & Mahmoud, could not be more responsive, friendly, or helpful, at any hour. We were here for an entire month and the few minor issues we had, ie internet cut one evening, they had resolved in minutes, without having to enter the apt. The apartment is in a super safe and quiet location on the corner of two streets which get no traffic at night. The only sounds we heard were an occasional cat meowing. It is also right across from the well stocked Seoudi Supermarket, has 24/7 super friendly guardians, is close to a slew of other shops, markets & restaurants, as well as a 4min walk from CAC (if walking slowly with a lazy child!) The apartment felt like home right away. We would not hesitate to stay here again and likely will.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene a casa di Ahmed. Un posto molto quieto, pulito e spazioso dove rifugiarsi dopo i caotici giri per Il Cairo. Custode molto disponibile e gentile.

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was beautiful, and the small garden in front of the house offers that little bit of greenery that is sadly lacking elsewhere in Cairo. There's a small supermarket in front of the house. Fruit and vegetable sellers are just a few minutes' walk from the house. However, the roads leading to the house were very poor (for which the owners aren't responsible). The host was always helpful and easy to contact, and he accommodated us with a last-minute booking or cancellation.

Nous sommes restés quelques jours chez Omar et Farah à Maadi. L'appartement est très jolie, il a vraiment du caché et on se sent comme à la maison. Le quartier se trouve dans une rue tranquille mais très proche des restaurants, cafés et magasins où on peut s'y rendre à pied. Malgré un petit problème de fuite d'eau, la communication avec Farah et Omar a été très fluide et ils ont su gérer la situation très rapidement. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation pour ceux qui veulent vivre le Caire dans une zone résidentielle ! Merci pour votre accueil !

Marwan is one of those hosts you’d never forget. Extremely welcoming and hospitable. He was always available and responsive and made sure he took care of anything I needed even taking time away from work to help me with a few things. He even took care to make sure my first day was free of worries. Things like making sure my family had the day one necessities like paper towels and even tea and sugar which I truly appreciated. Looking forward to traveling to Maadi again as I know exactly where I’ll be staying. 💙

The Blue Bell apartment was very clean and new. It had everything needed for our stay. The towels and bed sheets were like hotel standards. Would highly recommend staying here.

Loved the place and the location. It’s very safe, quiet, and really nice. The apartment was clean, cozy, and close to tons of great cafes and restaurants. The host was super responsive and kind, and they even let me check in early, which made things so much easier. Check in was smooth and hassle free. This is a beautiful place in Maadi in a lovely and comparatively calm neighbourhood. Supermarkets and restaurants are just around the corner. The flat is very spacious and beautifully furnished. This really is a wonderful place to stay in when you are in Cairo and you prefer not to stay in the city center. The hosts are very flexible and easy-going.

I had a wonderful stay at Amr's apartment. The space was peaceful, spacious, clean, and beautifully designed—with indoor plants that added a magical, calming touch to the atmosphere. The host was very responsive and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the AC in one of the rooms—he did his best to assist and even sent a housekeeper daily to check on things and ensure everything was running smoothly. The neighborhood was one of the highlights: quiet and green, yet full of charm, with great shops, boutiques, and grocery stores all within walking distance. A perfect spot to unwind while staying connected to the city’s vibrant energy. Highly recommended!

Mao and Moustafa were amazing. They were so responsive and saved me more than once when I was in a pinch. The place is spacious and the area is my favorite. Super foreigner friendly and trendy.

My stay at Bob & Miray's place was truly exceptional. The apartment is in Street 216, Maadi, close to Grand Mall, supermarkets, and cafes. It’s on the first floor with easy access — just one step. The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a cozy living room. Both rooms are air-conditioned, though the living room AC is a bit less cool. There's a TV, fast internet, and a satellite receiver. The bathroom is fully equipped with hot water, a washing machine, and a clothes iron. The area is green and peaceful, perfect for relaxing walks. Special thanks to Ms. Farida for her elegance and Mr. Bob for his kindness and hospitality. I felt right at home. I had my American friend stay at Eman’s and he was so happy! She was very accommodating and responsive! I totally recommend her place. What a lovely host!

The apartment is amazing and spacious, the location is in the heart of maadi and very accessible , the kitchen is fully equipped, there are 3 toilets, and 3 bedrooms, the interior is just on point, will definitely pay them a second visit.

Super Unterkunft, genau wie auf den Bildern, sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, das Check in war mühelos gewesen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt Immer wieder gerne!

Karim's place was the perfect soft landing before moving into our permanent home. The place was clean and in a good location for us. The space was welcoming, spacious and wifi was decent too. The view was beautiful, it was the perfect welcome. We will definitely be using his place again, especially when we have family or friends come to visit. I really loved my stay here. Mohamed and his team were very communicative and quick to help with any issues I had. The apartment is very spacious and well stocked. The rooftop was definitely the best part. Absolutely breathtaking views and plenty of space. The location was perfectly situated in a walkable area of Maadi with lots of the best restaurants and cafes close by. I was able to walk anywhere I needed to and Ubers were easy to find for places that were further. I stayed alone and felt very safe even at night. Highly recommend for solo or group travelers. Thank you to everyone who was so kind and helpful during my stay.
