Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Rebecca and Pete are absolute amazing hosts. The house is perfect with everything you need, lots of private outdoor area, huge deck and a hot tub. Very kid friendly with a sandpit, trampoline and toys. We felt like home!

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

The Bond estate is a beautiful property grey for family groups with an excellent playground, great heated pool and spa, and plenty of space for everyone.

Sharon is an incredible host. She made us feel like apart of her family. The home was warm, spacious and equipt with everything we might need as a large family. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are prestine, and there is plenty of space inside and out. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time, and when we are back in Rolleston we will be booking again. Thank you so much Sharon.

I can't thank Louise enough for our wonderful little homely and private cottage in the autumn trees, showering yellow leaves over the garden. Rose Cottage is just pure magic at this time of the year, especially if you are a keen photographer as l am: While it is close to the airport it isn't in the flight path so there's not that much aircraft noise, and it is close to supermarket, coffee shops, etc. Louise and Matthew are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend their property to anyone visiting Christchurch and wanting something just a slightly bit different :)

The views from this place are truly breathtaking! We were located close to some great hiking at Godley Head. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed for our trip! Would definitely recommend this spot!

Wonderful stay at this breathtaking Airbnb. Amazing sea view made every morning feel special. The house itself was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. Would love to come back anytime!

Beautifully appointed home with incredible views of the ocean and the snow capped mountains. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Karina and this beautiful property.

There were three of us staying for three nights. Wish we would have stayed longer. This is a fabulous house, full stop. If it's available for the days that work for your travel schedule, do yourself a favor and book it. The views are great from the decks, and it's such a peaceful place. It's an easy drive into Christchurch and convenient for exploring nearby areas like Sumner and Akaroa. The house was new, large, tastefully decorated, and super clean. Communications with Viv were excellent and replies were prompt. Check-in and check-out were super easy too. This house is a 10/10.

We had a love family holiday. The home was a good base for a range of activities. We took the ferry and visited the market. We did some fishing at the wharf, and visited Orton Bradley Park. The home was warm, very clean, with everything you need for your stay. Thank you for having us.

Yvonne was an amazing host! We were kindly offered early check in and late check out! The house is stunningly decorated/renovated. The views are awesome. As I was travelling for work I really appreciated having a dual screen setup I could plug into with a wireless mouse and keyboard with a docking station. Smart TV meant we could watch our usual shows. The two heat pumps did a great job of keeping us warm on a miserable day, and the wall heaters in the bedrooms took the edge off any cold night temps. I’d highly recommend anyone stay here - be it for work or family time, it’s well kitted out for both!

I loved my stay here! The bach is cosy and warm with a nice homely feel to it. Someone else in their review mentioned the muesli and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed that as well! The highlight for me was how peaceful and quiet it was out there, and with the beach so close and lots of walking tracks to explore it was the perfect staycation I needed to get out of the city for a few days. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to be back soon myself!

Lovely homely cottage in quiet and peaceful location. Fire was lit and house warm on our arrival. Hosts were welcoming, helpful and responsive.

The townhouse is in an excellent location. Just a short walk to the CBD and a 5-minute drive to the supermarket. It's a very quiet and peaceful spot. The desk with an extra screen was super handy for working remotely. Parking is relatively easy. During peak hours, you might need to park a block or two away, but it’s never more than a 10-minute walk back, and there are always free spots available. Neel was consistently proactive and checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommended!

We were a group of two couples staying for a long weekend to go to a wedding at Waipuna Estate. Jane's AirBnB was a perfect locaton for us as we were very handy to the wedding venue and also close to Tai Tapu, Halswell and Lincoln for restaurants, etc. The home was spacious and very homely and relaxing. We had everything that we needed and would recommend this as a peaceful and private place to stay.

What a find! This was the perfect spot for our team to come together. The space was comfortable, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a productive and inspiring couple of days workshops. The stunning surroundings were tranquil and really set the scene, which made it even better. We really enjoyed our stay at Jess’s place. She was very proactive, friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Loved the way how she has decorated the house. Every corner was a depiction of her creativity. Definitely recommend her stay if you’re planning to stay in that area. 10/10

Our family of 5, all adults, stayed at Steven & Amanda's place for 6 nights, and we loved it! Very comfortable and clean, lots of amenities, some super-clear instructions on how things work in the house, and easily contactable hosts. We will definitely re-book Steven & Amanda's home if we come back to Christchurch. Thank you both!
