me and two colleagues stayed for some days at Cato's house for some work in the area. just a few days before we had to find a place to stay and found Cato's place.. what a great location in the middle of one of the bigger towns in the lyngen area. and what a friendly host Cato is! definitely a big reccomandation for everyone that wants to stay in the lyngen comune

This was our second time at this cabin in winter 2025. The cabin is the best place we have stayed here in Lyngen and we have visited here 9 times.

Old farmhouse with great skiing right behind the house. It was very clean and well equipped.

Anders and Kari Anne’s place has everything you need for a perfect stay. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The house is beautifully designed, super comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Every little detail has been considered to make guests feel welcome and carefree — from laundry and dishwasher detergent to dry birch wood for the stove, and a well-stocked kitchen with spices, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and more. If you need to restock, the supermarket is just down the road. It’s the ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday with friends.

The place was very nice and clean. We felt very welcome. Unfortunately, we were only there for a night, next time we will be happy to stay longer.

We loved staying at Jostein’s cozy place. It had everything we needed and a lovely view. Jostein is a great and super helpful host, always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He even picked up a piece for a split board in a shop in Tromsø and dropped it at the house - so lovely. Thank you Jostein!

We were with family Infant in Viktor's house and had a fantastic stay there. The communication with Viktor was quick and easy. He was extremely helpful and even took care of an extra child seat for our little Toni, which made our stay much easier. The place is equipped with everything you need and we immediately felt at home. The house is stylish and very cozy with a certain artistic touch that makes it a very special place. From the sofa you have a breathtaking view of the fjord and the snowy mountains. Ski tours start right behind the house, which makes it super convenient to explore the surrounding area. Another highlight was the sauna with the large window, through which you have a magnificent view of the fjord. There is nothing better than relaxing after a day of activities in the sauna. Beautiful, clean and comfortable home with a great view. Our family had great time here. Monica was very nice and told great tips and information about the location and surroundings. Everything was well thought out with clear instructions. Very highly recommended!

Cozy, clean, quiet, and spacious accommodation with a beautiful view! The house is well located for ski touring in North Lingen and is just 5 minutes from the ferry in Svensby.

Very pleasant stay in a charming place. Excellent welcome from Ida's aunt who lives upstairs in the house ( the sauna was already ready to welcome us, a delight!). Communication with Ida was perfect . Thank you so much!

It was my second time at Bjørn's place and was not disappointed! The house is very cosy and homey. It has a very unique location right at the fjord. It is a great place to unwind and relax and appreciate the northern lights (in winter). There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the surrounding mountains, however, a car is required to get around. Bjørn is a great host, always happy to help and provide suggestions for local things to do. We are hoping to go back one day in the summertime to also experience the midnight sun.

Comfortable and tidy cottage with all the amenities, great location and amazing scenery.

Great time staying at Robert's cabin! Robert and his wife were welcoming and responsive. The cabin was nice and very well located for skiing! The view is beautiful and we even saw a herd of elbows right next door. Thanks again!

Amazing house for ski adventures in Lyngen. The hot tub and Sauna were a perfect way to end the day. The host is very responsive and proactive to make sure you have a nice trip!

Øyvind is an excellent host. He provided rides to and from the airport, helped me find a new duffle bag less than hour before my flight left, gave local recommendations, took me fishing in a fjord, cooked the fish, helped clean the last night I was there instead of expecting me to deep clean like every other air bnb. I HIGHLY recommend him as a host and this location specifically. The cabin is in a beautiful spot. Totally unforgettable! Even comes with very warm attic gear if you decide to go in December like me!

The place was great. There were six of us. Enough space for us and the ski equipment. Shoe heaters are on site. The hot tub and sauna are the perfect end to a ski tour. Recommended

An incomparably nice cabin in an incomparably beautiful location. Plus, a super nice host. Stay here if you want it as good as it is physically possible.
