Charming little wooden house, with the best location.

My little quirky wooden house, will allow you to calm down - Relax in this unique and cozy home. You will have Dyrehaven, Bellevue beach and Klampenborg station within a few minutes walking distance - and thus be in the center of Copenhagen with all its art museums and temptations in 15 minutes with the Kystbanetoget. My lush garden and lovely wooden terrace are ideal for quiet moments and various coziness with or without the shade of the awning. Furthermore, my house, lots of older cozy decor + wooden terrace also on the 1st floor.

Magnificent villa apartment of 100 m2 on the ground floor. 3 beautiful rooms and a bay window set up for office. From the kitchen you can walk directly onto a covered terrace. Large bathroom, with shower, washing machine and dryer. It has high ceilings and lots of light, the whole apartment is surrounded by trees and greenery. Lovely large garden. Stay in a charming modern wooden house (built 2015) near the beach, the woods (the Deer Garden), the world's oldest amusement park "Bakken" and Copenhagen. A perfect vacation spot. Start the day with breakfast in the open kitchen, go by train/car to Copenhagen (15 min) or explore the northern part of Sealand (e.g. Louisiana). Enjoy the afternoon on the beach, explore the local harbour and end up having dinner in one of the cosy local restaurants or have your own BBQ on the terrace.
