Delicious summerhouse of 138 m2. Divided into large living room, lovely HTH kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, bedroom, cozy alcove, utility room and annex with double bed. Lovely wooden deck around the house so the sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening. Wood pellet stove/heat pump. Nice garden that is closed off well with lovely cherry laurel hedge. Short walk through Ejby Ådal itself to the Isefjord. 800 meters to the water edge, where there is a bathing jetty. We settle electricity usage separately. Water consumption is inclusive.

Apartment on smaller country estate

The apartment is 60 m2, for 2 people, with the possibility of an extra bed. The apartment contains the kitchen with dining table, large double bed, private new bathroom, sofa group and TV, there is internet, but you must have your own streaming subscription. On the country property, there are Icelandic horses and beautiful rural views out over the field and forest. We are next door to an outdoor swimming pool, which is open to the public in the summer. There is a nature path across fields down to Roskilde last year and Gershøj inn, a walk of about 30 minutes.

Tinyhouse in National Park Skjoldungernes land -3c

Tiny Søhøj is a small cabin located in the middle of the National Park Skjoldungernes Land. You have the cottage to yourself, there is a small kitchen, dining area and double bed. A guest bed can be set up if you want an extra bed. You can watch the sun rise over Østenbjerg and enjoy the beautiful views of fields, meadows and the forest. Here are sea eagles and owls, frogs quenching in the marsh, nightingale in the bush in the meadow, and the cuckoo there cocks. There is a toilet and shower in a separate building, and it is shared with others.

Relax with your family in this cozy home. The house is located at the end of a closed road with its own driveway and large garden. while the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you want a dip, the house is located about 300m from Roskilde fjord, with a jetty and mini beach for the little ones. The house is located about 20 km from Roskilde, Frederiksund and Holdbæk, and it is a good 45 minutes drive to Copenhagen. Electricity is NOT in the rent. (see other info)

Cottage by Lejre Vig. Relax with the whole family in this serene space. The house is located 1st row to Roskilde fjord with its own bathing jetty. Cozy older wooden house of 52 sqm. There are 4 kayaks and small rowboat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There is a gas grill on the terrace. 1 double bedroom (140 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on the shipboard. Remember fishing rod for catching trout, hornfish, and mackerel. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

This tiny loft is perfect for couples looking for a getaway from the big city, surrounded by beautiful fields, summer houses, and a beach 5 minute bike ride from here. There is the possibility of borrowing an extra mattress if you come more than 2. The apartment is on top of another home, to which there are pigeons and goats with kid, so there is a lovely farm life. Free wifi, as well as parking. The city with supermarket is 10 minutes by bike, 3 minutes by car:) The apartment is 2 years old so it is sharp

The house and ground are also child-friendly for families with smaller children. There is a grandmotherly atmosphere here and many facilities. You can immerse yourself in the calmness and awareness that is present and use it as a retreat from everyday life. There is peace enough to open to creativity, or other processes that require time and peace to unfold.

Cozy Summerhouse by Forest on Island near CPH

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a mix of old and new furniture in our own nordic style. During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.

Outside you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fire pit and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The "temple nook" fjord is known for its good fishing water. The cottage is located 45 min from KBH.
