Incredible 360 view and we see from a large terrace of Parnitha, Penteli and Hymettus. 640 meters from the hospital k 150 meters from the train station and the market with supermarket, bakery, physiotherapy center, etc. It provides all the comforts and all in 2.1 km from the center of Kifissia

James is a wonderful host. We felt very welcome right away. He knows all about Athens and its history. The house is a feast for the eyes both outside and inside and the small garden with backyard character makes the stay there very pleasant. From Kifisia, you can reach the center of Athens in about half an hour by public transport. The subway can be reached on foot and line 1 goes directly to the center. If you are looking for accommodation a little away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. Kifisia itself is also a lively neighborhood where you can have a good breakfast or go out to eat. The house itself is very quiet. We had a wonderful week!

Dimitris was extremely helpful , he provided clear info and was always quick to answer any doubts. The apt is simple , nothing fancy but with everything you may need. The neighborhood is quiet residential area, not in the city centre but within walking distance to Maroussi lively center, and the station of the metro , from where you can easily reach all other city locations and the connection to the train for the airport

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

That is because it is perfect for us in every way, as we come to Kifisia 2 or 3 times a year to see our son and 2 granddaughters who live here. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed to explore, and just a short walk from both the underground and bus stations. The place itself was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The host was excellent—super responsive and helpful with any questions.
