Τα Καλάβρυτα απέχουν 25 περίπου χλμ από την Κλειτορία.

The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Ένα σαλόνι-κουζίνα με ολοκαίνουριες οικιακές συσκευές, τοστιέρα, καφετιέρα και όλα τα απαραίτητα είδη για την προετοιμασία γευμάτων. Ακόμη, έχει τραπέζι και καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει επίσης, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Τέλος, υπάρχει βεράντα με θέα την κοιλάδα του Αροανίου και το βουνό, καθώς και ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης δωρεάν.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
