Just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Hartley Wintney & a 10 minute walk to the centre, there is a Tesco Express, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and 2 local pubs, one situated on the edge of the Cricket Green. Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

Welcome to The Bails, where the pace of life is slow and there are plenty of rural friends to meet such as our friendly cat, dog and our horses. Our accommodation, separate from our house is converted in to a stylish yet functional overnight for professionals or a base for a weekend get away. Our views extend over sprawling grassland and our own garden plus in the summer the village cricket makes the perfect sound to help enjoy a gin and tonic. The Barn is the perfect base from which to explore National Parks including the South Downs and New Forest. The coast is also less than a 1 hour journey, with London also a similar distance away.

My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

Our Studio suite is located at the rear of our home, it has its own private access and on street parking. Close to Basingstoke and its business parks and walking distance from Sherfield on Loddon. On the estate there is a Nisa shop and a pub less than 1 mile away. Easy access to the M3 J6 and M4 J11 motorway. This is the perfect space for a business traveller or a couple wanting to explore the local area. Beds = 1 Kingsize OR 2 large singles plus sofa bed available.

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English dishes. Sky TV, Ethernet connection available.
