The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

We invite you to a year-round cottage with a patio, a fire pit, and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs, and sheep go slow and usually the first time to greet guests :) The property is open to the meadow and forest that the green trail runs. Unobstructed by the city lights, the sky is full of stars at night, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
