It was a beautiful, private and peaceful location. Little bit away from the main city, therefore a little difficult to locate. But, the host sent a representative who escorted us to the house. The place was clean and spacious. Host's representative was communicative and helpful. Overall, would highly recommend Pradeep's place

The flat is a fancy, but cozy place, having a kitchen was important for us and this kitchen has it all. We also appreciate a lot how responsive Deepak was with our questions. There is no washing machine, like it's mentioned in the list, but at the end it didn't affect our stay, as we really enjoyed the space, like it was our home. Thank you! We hope to be able to visit again!

Very peaceful and calm place to spend a low-key vacation. The caretaker Sanjay was extremely responsive and pampered us with great food, barbeque and bonfire. Felt like home, would certainly recommend staying here.

the place was good and spacious but have some suggestions 1. please get things fixed like door lock and water taps 2. please groom current caretaker or hire a good cook otherwise the stay was perfect. big spacious rooms and daily cleaning services. the food was ok. I would have liked if they could offer some local food options. best wishes.

The property’s caretakers were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Vimal’s cooking was outstanding—you simply must try her aloo ke gutke at least once! Overall, our experience was nothing short of perfect. That said, a quick heads-up: the road leading to the Airbnb is quite steep, so if you’re driving your own vehicle, proceed with caution. Alternatively, local cabs or scooty services provide an easy way to reach the destination. Once you arrive at the top, it’s just a short 5–7 minute walk to the property. All in all, this is a must-visit property if you’re looking for a quiet getaway from Nainital’s bustling traffic and increasing noise.☺️☺️

The place felt right at home and it was peaceful, calm, and serene. There was a lovely view from the drawing room and it was quite beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. It’s a private property and was easy to find. A proper cottage for a family and a big group. The caretaker was really helpful and provided really good service and cooked home cooked meals that were very healthy and tasty. Overall a must stay.
