This 15 Million Dollar Luxurious Resort Style Tuscan Villa is an ultra modern estate with skyline city views and steps away from the Griffith Observatory. It features 5-bedroom, 10.5 bath, 3-story, 14,500 sq. ft. masterpiece in the heart of Hollywood Hills. It features endless amenities including a hair salon, massage room, billiard room, gymnasium, infinity edge pool, sauna, game room, an indoor theater as well as multiple exquisite outdoor areas where you can dine al fresco & relax poolside.

The space
Please note that this home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.

Rustic terracotta tile warms bare feet while city lights twinkle below this little piece of Tuscany in Los Feliz. Wrought iron and arched windows trip across the hillside, as does an infinity pool, while inside, a games room, and private movie theater invite all ages to play. The Hollywood Hills setting means it’s minutes to hiking trails and views of the Hollywood sign.
