The house can accommodate up to 8 people: a kitchen-living room with large dining table, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace and a balcony. It complies with the guidelines of barrier-free living and electric cars can be charged. 2 e-mountain bikes are available for rent. The vacation home has been awarded the EcoLabel in GOLD and the bed+bike label.

It includes 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 large open plan living room. There is also a home theater room and foosball area.  Two private terraces are at your disposal and in the garden shared with the owner there is a swing with a slide and a trampoline. From October 1, 2025, an indoor swimming pool shared with the owners will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
