My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

FeWo Tinchen Prora Rügen

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Prora (Nähe Ostseebad Binz). Die Whg. ist ca. 42m2 groß und maximal für eine Familie mit einem größeren Kind oder einem Kleinkind oder max. 3 Erwachsenen geeignet. Ein SZ, WZ mit Küche und ein Wannenbad sind vorhanden. Stellplatz PKW im Carport (kostenpflichtig), separate Sitzecke mit Grill. Zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Die Wohnung wurde Anfang 2015 neu möbliert und renoviert. Im Herbst 2017 sowie im Herbst 2018 und 2020 erfolgte eine Teilmodernisierung.

BlueNote liegt 40m vom Meer entfernt, Du kannst jeder Zeit mit einem Kaffee oder einem Wein in der Hand die wenigen Schritte zu der Bank laufen, die direkt am kleinen Steilufer steht und Deinen Blick weit werden lässt: der Bodden sieht jeden Tag anders aus...und immer wunderschön. Loissin ist mit seiner unbekannten und sehr natürlichen Küste ein Geheimtipp, ein versteckter Ort. Das Haus mit Garten ist nicht einsehbar und verfügt über ein Klavier, einen Kamin und WLAN. Wechsel immer freitags.

Abends kann man gemütlich am Feuer sitzen. An kühlen Abenden wärmt ein Kamin. Von hier 25min (Auto) nach Stralsund und Greifswald. Süd-Rügen ist ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. 60 min bis Putbus. Gönn dir eine Auszeit am Lagerfeuer bei einem Aufenthalt mit Deinem eigenen Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobil (keine eher großen Fahrzeuge möglich) unter den Sternen. Auf der Obstwiese am Alten Verwalterhaus herrscht Ruhe (nur in der Erntezeit werden Traktoren unterwegs sein), in der Sommerküche ist es auch bei Regen gemütlich. Feuerholz ist kostenlos. It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. You can take day trips to the Baltic Sea or to the lake district with Lake Kummerow or the Müritz. The Peene offers the opportunity for water hiking all the way to the Baltic Sea.
