Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Luštica

The place was very clean and modernly furnished. We especially enjoyed the cleanliness. Important for us was a parking space for our car, for this we had the opportunity to park in the underground car park. Our hostess was very accommodating and very friendly. She met us with check-in and check-out and was very eager. The beach is about an 8-minute walk away as in the description. The hostess as well as the accommodation we would book again at any time. We felt very comfortable.

This is a large, spacious, airy house. It is light, bright and very well equipped. Even on hot days the house stayed cool. We hardly needed air conditioning, but for the short times we did, it was very efficient. The house is clearly loved and looked after. It is a family home and the host's parents live in neighbouring accommodation We enjoyed being extremely lazy and very peaceful and quiet, looking out over lovely views of the bay, reading, relaxing and having a daily swim. We did not have a car, so were limited to what was available in Molunat , all of which is very walkable. If you want to do more you would be advised to have a car. Goran our host is THE best host I have ever had on Air BNB....he could not have done more to make us welcome, to be flexible about check in times and to be proactive to make our stay enjoyable. good location close to old town; parking place as benefit. Helpful guidelines about shops and restaurants. As it is city center it is loud in the night. Lots of constructions arround so some roads are close and you may feel like on a construction field. Can not see the sea from the balcony, only other high buildings. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Generally very good 9 days stay for my family, all beaches from north to south of Montenegro visited, the same as nice and important cities. I guess in the summer it is even more crowdy.

Lovely spacious apartment with great view over the bay to Sveti Stefan. All descriptions were accurate and was well equipped for self catering. Lots of thoughtful extras in the apartment such as spare chargers/adapters and DVDs. About 500m from the beach but up a steep hill so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues. Free off street parking. Only significant issue was check in, the location on airbnb wasn't totally accurate and nobody answered when we called the number we had been given. We went to reception at the Sunset Apartments and fortunately they knew about the apartment and were able to give us the key and direct us to parking, but it hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait for a bit to get in.

Whole team was amazing. Precise comunication and fast reservation, fast and classy airport transfer, you ask them - they will provide it for you in a flash. Luštica beaches are to die for, we always come back. Oksana was extremely helpful and professional we couldn't have been more happier. Thank you. 10/10

She has been the most hospitable and friendly host we've ever met. She welcomed us with a variety of treats and helped us with the needs during the day. If your car is available and the location is right for you, it is definitely an option to choose.

The studio was clean and functionnal. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the old town.

We had such a fantastic time!! You were both so helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We loved hearing and learning first hand more about society in Montenegro, that was an added bonus.. The house, the garden and the view - all perfect! The beach was easy walking distance and for 10 euro you can hire a sunbed and parasol for the day at the nearby. Thank you and we hope we'll be back again.

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.

Beautiful view from the balcony, the room has everything you need , the hosts are friendly, the wi-fi is steadily average, there are beautiful beaches nearby,but it is necessary to have a car, the room is average, there is a good parking in the shade of grapes, fruits and beer were waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival,in general, the impression is good

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

very close to the old town and that is all we wanted. It is not fence but it is spacious, a kitchen full equipped. However, there is no oven, so you need to use only the electric stove. Be aware that there are stairs. I had no connection with Borka but rather with her daughter Marta which was very helpful .I got her number from her father who does not speaks English. A better description of the location will be "go 10 meters in the ally across the Shopping center, just beside the bakery. The apartments is up the stairs of the building in front of you". There is no sign with the name of the place. In the buttom line, I will recommend to take this place.

An apartment with everything you need, well furnished, everything was present. Nevena was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The large terrace is not on the apartment itself, which is 2 floors lower. Location is top to explore the Kotor bay, fortunately a lot quieter than in other places around the bay. The only downside is the very busy track in front of the building, you have to cross it to get to the beach/ water. A big advantage is the garage for the car with charger for an electric car. Nevena goes above and beyond to give her tenants a top stay!

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.
