Guest house holiday rentals in Lusaka

Alan and Serena's lovely apartmen is an oasis in busy and dusty Lusaka! We loved the rooms with a comfortable bed, an outdoor lounge and kitchen and a stainless bath with a hot shower. Wifi was very good. The apartment is located in a safe environment, with a green garden. The most important though were the hosts Alan and Serena themselves, who welcomed us so friendly, coffee and cold water waiting for us. Both gave us lots of tips where to go out in Lusaka, helped organizing taxi and transfers and we had very interesting conversations about live in Lusaka. We liked the dogs and the cats. We felt like at home. Highly recommended. Thank you Alan and Serena for sharing your place with us!

Had such a great stay! The hosts constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and see if I needed anything. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Kevin’s place Urban Yard was definitely value for money. Very friendly staff always available. The room was spotless. A big shout out to Penny for her hospitality as she checked up on us daily. Ironed our clothes and just made us feel at home. And to Mr Banda the security guard who was super friendly and carried our rather heavy bags for us. We loved the Comfy beds. Very quiet and private. Most importantly there was electricity and water. And I could talk to Kevin at any time when I needed assistance. I strongly recommend this place. My 5 day stay was absolutely great.

the generator was essential. load shedding for 12 hrs a day on average. great value

I had wonderful 3 months in Ingrid’s cozy apartment in a beautiful garden and a quiet area. The apartment is equipped with everything that one might need and close to shopping malls and restaurants. Ingrid is always very helpful and her communication is great. Would definitely recommend and come again the next time I’m in Lusaka.

Peaceful house in a quiet location not too far from the airport. Has a nice swimming pool, good internet connection and has back up power. Care taker who looks after the place was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay

We have been traveling in Zambia for quite a few years and this is, by far, the best place we have ever stayed in. The house is extremely well constructed, clean, safe, and very comfortable. Noreen and her husband were very welcoming and extremely helpful, always making sure that everything is working properly and providing alternative solutions when needed (power cuts). The place is beautiful and very peaceful. You’ll need a car to stay there, but if you don’t mind driving, Leopard’s Hills is a great neighborhood.

I live within Lusaka but had a polo tournament in Leopards hill and Carmens cottage was perfect as was a 15minute drive to the polo field - got in late and had the best comfortable bed. Very peaceful and the daily rate is very much affordable. Would defiantly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay in Leopards hill.
