Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Lusaka Province

Everything was great! Brenda was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. I spent 23 days in Kingsland and the staff made me feel like family. The place was very secure. A special thanks to Brenda, the women that serviced the apartment & especially Mr. Shedrack the grounds keeper.

We had a very pleasant stay! Bongani is a fantastic host quick to respond and attentive to any requests we had. The listing is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is also excellent, just a short distance from the shopping centre. I highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be coming back!

At first we encountered some issues but Anna was very quick to respond and fix all our concerns! The checkin attendant Enoch & Anna’s friend Favour were also very welcoming and helpful too Overall the hospitality was exceptional!

Akshay was probably one of the best hosts I’ve stayed with, super friendly, extremely helpful, and responds to all our requests/need. Now for the apartment, super modern, extremely clean, quiet street in the perfect location. Everything you need is in the area, from food to shopping malls to coffee shops. Would definitely recommend!

Great place with two levels of security , and wish I had found this place sooner. if you haven't been to Zambia before electricity can be an issue and this host has designed a property where the batteries work for the lights and even the internet and TV, which is above and beyond for most places in Zambia. Apt was spotless with big fridge and fancy shower. Easy to find and walkable to a 24-hours grocery and Asian restaurants. Hosts at property were helpful with luggage and was a genuine wonderful experience.

Junaid's place was incredibly new, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities (gym, pool, pool house) are great too. The location is good for accessing all of Lusaka, particularly the airport and the Eastern suburbs of the city.

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly responsive! The place was very clean and cleaners came every day which was very important to me as we were a group of 11. And the solar backup was a plus. Would definitely recommend the property! It is worth your money.

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.
