Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

Great place! We were 10 - two family groups plus other adult friends - and the space was perfect! Large enough to accommodate different groupings in the common areas, etc. Great location with fantastic nearby restaurants, shopping, activities. Fantastic host who was very responsive!

Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. Excellent choice in Punta bella. House is in front of the beach, arrives delivery and taxis. It has everything you need: beach, pool, deck (terrace) with grill, furniture for several people, neighbors do not bother if you put music. We could not have asked for more, thank you Mauricio!

I feel very blessed to have found this little haven driving distance from Lima. I was looking for a place to rest and be in peaceful, natural surroundings and this oasis was perfect. Communication was easy, friendly and both Rodrigo and Tatiana were extremely responsive which made me feel extremely welcomed and taken care of. The cabin was beyond my expectations - it was clear how much love and beautiful intentions have been infused into the space, with both comfort, beauty and respect for nature at heart. The view from the cabins are breathtaking! The area is very special too - between the beautiful river, the lushness of the valley, the rich birdlife and being right on the Inca trail there were some beautiful hikes and walks to enjoy. Tatiana even drew me a map by hand to explore the nearby ruins by foot as I was without mobile connection - so considerate and sweet. I will be more than happy to return some day to soak up the peace and quiet and beauty at this special place!

Everything was perfect. The place is charming, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting from the pace of the city. I loved the pool with pukio water, it was a very special experience. The house is equipped with everything you need to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. In addition, Mrs. Jeannine was very kind and was always willing to help with whatever we needed. Definitely a very cozy place that I'd love to go back to. Highly recommended!

Location is great. Few minute walk for beautiful sunsets every night. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Three level apartment had everything we needed. We loved sitting rooftop and watching the paragliders off the coast. Wi-Fi was excellent and the bed slept excellent. Great value, great place!

Patricia was awesome! She made sure we had information about the surrounding areas, including shopping, walking and exercising nearby. Strongly recommended. Planning to go back to her place next time!

It was a relief to stay in Brenda's clean and modern place after moving from a dirty and old place elsewhere. Great access to everything we needed in the apartment and the neighborhood. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. And, the place held up in the 6.1 earthquake, which was great considering we were on the 23rd floor!!!

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

We enjoyed our stay at Monica's apartment. The apartment is quite spacious, and includes a washer-dryer (one combined machine so you don't have to move the clothes over). The neighborhood is great too, a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. We also liked that the building has a doorman 24/7 which makes it really safe. They even let us store our luggage there during the day after we checked out (our departing flight wasn't until later in the afternoon). A couple things to be aware of: - There's no AC, which is probably due to Lima's mild climate. This was mostly ok (opening the windows keeps the apartment cool) but could be an issue on hot/sunny days if you prefer a cooler setting. - The windows don't have screens so if you're afraid of heights, don't look down ;). There aren't many bugs in Lima so that wasn't an issue, but it might be good to install screens for more safety. Overall the place was great and Monica was a super responsive and helpful host.

Actually the place is very cozy, it has everything you need in menagerie and artifacts; only a recommendation, check the freezer, since it did not fulfill its function well. As for the rooms, very clean, tidy enough beds for a large family. The place is very good, there are children's games where they can play comfortably all day. In relation to adult games: they could do maintenance on the hand fulbito and change the game of billiard balls since many of them were very beaten. The psychic is large that we all enter comfortably, the water is not temperate but with the sun it does, it makes you think so. The parrila area is large even have a pizza oven or very good bread. INTERNET service is fluid throughout the house and there is cable per stremming the one that ran out on the last day of stay. In general, the house met expectations but has some points to improve (rating 8.5/10) If I would come back!

An excellent place to get away with the whole family. The owner of the property is very friendly, the people in charge of taking care of the house are very attentive and it feels like a very safe place to spend time with the family and the little ones at home.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lima and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The view is absolutely beautiful! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The host was really kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
