The place was nice and quiet with lots of room to stay. For people who loves it surf or want to surf in Davao , this place is very close to Dahican beach. Beautiful ocean there .

Room 1 - Mati Mansion

This place is nicer in person than the pictures. The caretaker is an absolute sweetheart and was very accommodating to all of our needs. Owner was also very nice and let us check in 1 day late and check out a day later as I had flight issues and arrived later than expected. I highly recommend this place and I'll be booking the mansion again when I come back to Mati.

This place is wonderful - one of the best in all of Mindanao, and I have travelled to every corner of this amazing island! The setting is stunningly beautiful, it's so peaceful, the gardens are big, relaxing and so well set up - with seating everywhere and several excellent outdoor kitchens. The accommodation is great, especially newly-renovated Cabana 3 (but all of them are fine). The caretakers are helpful, kind, friendly and well organised. The owners are fantastic in every way - that's why they are so successful. The surrounding restaurants offer an excellent choice. Overall, it feels like a HOME. So, I recommend this place very, very highly!!!

The place is great for family or friends to have a getaway. Having an intimate dinner by the beach and having breakfast while sun is rising with perks of Surfing as a side activity - this is what the place is. The kitchen is also complete of basic needs, cooking would be a good activity for bonding too. The bathrooms are clean and linens are clean, the place is great escapade location.
