This villa hanging above the water in one of the first villages of Cap Corse is a haven of peace with a view of the great blue that follows all your movements. We feel that this house is inhabited by its owners. She has a soul that speaks especially in a library that can teach you a lot. The owner will be very attentive and particularly accommodating to welcome you. In the garden furniture the evening aperitifs will be able to take a romantic or friendly look if you are with family because this villa lends itself perfectly to this vacation that we love so much when it brings us all together. In a few minutes on foot you will be in a small cove to cool off. This is also the perfect base for a visit to Cape Corsica! In conclusion, we highly recommend this rental.

A perfect stay in a setting surrounded by nature, peaceful and refreshing. The accommodation is extremely well maintained, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessities. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the stay even more enjoyable. A real haven of peace, I recommend it without a second thought!

To describe it in one word: Beautiful! The location is enchanting and quiet. The space spotless, beautiful and very clean. Very nicely restored furniture, which always amazed me. There are all modern amenities and there is everything that is needed. Marie-Ange and Christian are very warm hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. They explained everything to us and were always very helpful. The bakery wagon is highly recommended. This visits the house in the morning on weekdays. The bed was also a dream for us. Very comfortable and the space, the house.. just everything is great. If you're looking for peace and comfort, this is the place to be. There are beautiful mountain villages in the area. We highly recommend the place. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Go ahead with your eyes closed! ... well, keep them open to access it by a small, typically Corsican road! The accommodation at the back of the owners' plot in the heart of Urtaca is a true haven of peace for 2 or 4 people. Several large terraces, including one covered with a summer kitchen, invite you to disconnect. The accommodation is large (2 beautiful bedrooms each with shower room and toilet) and has everything you could need. Dume and Héléna are welcoming, charming and give good advice for activities or gastronomy. Two or three walks are possible from the cottage in the maquis. The village is authentic and quickly connected to the main road Corte/Ile Rousse which makes it easy to radiate to discover Balagne and refuel (no fixed trade in Urtaca). In short, we feel good at Dume and Héléna's and we simply loved our stay (and our dog too).

We have now spent our vacation in the beautiful house of Maud and Thibault for the second time and say again: We will come back! The house is not only perfectly located between the sea and the mountains, so that you can easily reach the destination for hiking, swimming or excursions. It is also like a small oasis away from the holiday hustle and bustle on the coast. From the terrace, you can let your gaze wander over the valley up to the mountain village of Cervione, watch the imposing red kites and cool off in the pool in between. The house is very clean and modern and equipped with many loving details by the very friendly and helpful hosts Maud & Thibault. From time to time, the cats visit and next door, the domestic pig "Hamlet" grunts happily. If you are looking for a special place to relax in the middle of Corsican nature, you can find it here.

Very nice and well-kept facility! Very friendly welcome. The unit we booked was not perfect for our space needs, but we could have a larger apartment within a few minutes. Very accommodating.

We spent 2 nights in the sheepfold of Ange-Marie. The place is beautiful, the sheepfold is comfortable, functional and has a lot of charm. We can't wait to return to this sublime haven of peace! As for Ange-Marie, he was very welcoming and friendly.

Very good stay, the house is very spacious and matches the photos. We enjoyed the baby equipment available (baby bath, 2 high chairs, changing table max 11kg, 2 baby beds with mattresses, there is even a potty). The environment is beautiful, beautiful terrace and the pool very nice, it is not heated but was very good. Very close to the center while being quiet. Audrey was responsive to our questions and helpful for the check-in and check-out! Thank you!

This villa is the highlight of our trip! Every sunset is unique. The place is bright, clean and perfect for a family stay. We enjoyed the pool with a sea view. There are all the shops nearby while maintaining tranquility. Thank you Thomas, it was a wonderful meeting. We are already looking forward to returning to stay in the north of Corsica. :)

Delicious. In addition to being perfectly clean and functional, the bungalow has these je-ne-sais-quoi that make an atmosphere. A few books, brochures to discover, a falsely disorganized garden... Special mention for excellent bedding. Charlotte is very responsive and considerate.

Listing as described. We had a beautiful 2 weeks vacation with our 2 daughters aged 2 and 4. We were on the ground floor which was perfect for them. You can access the beach of the red island by a nice path but not passable by stroller. this trail can also be continued for a superb 10km or 16km walk (running or walking, balagne trail). good location for radionais on northern Corsica. the heated pool was very appreciated in this season. especially by our daughters. very good welcome from Rosie who perfectly handled a technical problem with the washing machine. a big thank you to her. we recommend this listing.

WONDERFUL view of the bay of Calvi. The house is furnished with a lot of charm and attention to detail. You can feel that it is important to Anne Laure that guests feel comfortable. Very good and tasteful kitchen equipment (even small details such as washtabs, detergent and cloths are available). The garden is a paradise and the pool is just great! We enjoyed the private location and the various seating options around the house. Many thanks also to Patrice for his flexibility and his uncomplicated and quick response. Wonderful place to which we will gladly return!

Beautiful spacious apartment in a perfect location - 5 mins walk from the beach, and 1 minute from supermarket. Decor is very tasteful & the terrace is huge with amazing views. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place with incredible views of Calvi Bay. We especially enjoyed the terrace where we could admire the sun until the last ray and the sunset. Our dogs were also very welcome and were able to move freely on the premises. Many thanks to Bruno and Nathalie for the pleasant stay.

Ideal location within walking distance of the sea. Well arranged, with taste and finesse, with bonus options that allow you to have a very good stay ( A/C, outdoor shower, terrace and plancha) . Very nice and welcoming trustworthy people on site. In short, great! And a little more appreciated: very cute little cats coming to pick up petting and cuddles!

We stayed 3 days in this accommodation near the Marina. The location is great, beach access a few hundred meters away, shops at the foot of the accommodation, while being quiet in the accommodation. Nath is responsive and was able to tell us how to access it very well. For the accommodation, it is tastefully decorated, and a lot of amenities are present. A functional and pleasant apartment that we recommend without hesitation!

We just finished our 10-day stay in Lumio at this home. Enchanting village, magical atmosphere and the view from the terrace of the house is surreal. We easily reached many beaches of Balagne. We had a really good time (including the cat). The accommodation was large, super equipped and with everything. Anna Livia was very kind both to wait for us and give us directions and to let us find two gifts for us. Everything was great. If we really have to find a "little flaw" I would say the many stairs of the house but they have their positive aspect😉
