it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Very appreciable short stay. I liked the presence of air conditioning with the high temperatures, it was cool in the rooms even in the mezzanine. The two beaches below the village are very uncrowded and the peaceful calm of the village is a stone's throw from Switzerland by bike.

We enjoyed this beautiful accommodation with, among other things, its breathtaking view of Lake Geneva from its terrace, modern, spacious and very clean. Nathalie is attentive, gives good information and is very friendly.

Pleasant and well-equipped apartment, very clean and consistent with the description. Very friendly small shop nearby. Beautiful view of Lake Geneva from the balcony, it was very beautiful! 15 min from Evian and therefore the shores of the lake, and also the Abondance valley. Self check-in with keys in a key box and clear instructions. 1 parking space reserved for the apartment. Easy and very friendly contact with the owner.

Apartment ideally located within the family resort of Thollon les Mémises and allowing within a radius of 40 km to discover a multitude of natural places (Lake Geneva, Gorges du Pont du Diable, etc...), tourist (Thonon les Bains, Evian les Bains, etc...), industrial (Usine Evian), to discover regional products (Le Temple du Fromage, Maison du Fromage Abondance, etc...).

Everything was great. Smooth check-in and check-out. The house was spacious for us - 4 adults with 2 kids. The view was amazing and the area green and quiet. It‘s also a great location to explore the lake and the mountains .

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse in Evian city center. The building is old style and the wooden steps are narrow but ok. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and it's basically one big room: the little kitchen corner is right at the entrance of the flat and is well equipped; the double bed is supercomfy and warm; the bathroom is small but perfect, with a very good shower. Both wifi and tv work quute well, and the roof has nice old stylish wooden beams. Very clean too. Marc is friendly and communicated about his preferred check-in time in advance. Evian is walkable and even to the golf course is only 30 mins. uphill, and 15 mins. walk to the train station. I would stay again with pleasure. The price is on the high side for a solo traveller, fair for a couple. The bathroom is equipped with a power chopper that gets to work when you flush. Quiet neighbourhood. All very good.

Staying at Maxine's place in the middle of Lavaux was great! The views over the lake with the mountains behind was wonderful. Read well in advance which appartment is rented. It matters when you retrieve the key from the Lockbox. Very spacious appartment. We stayed with 6 adults and 1 baby, but more than enough space for all of us.

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

Had a wonderful stay at Thierry’s place. They greeted us in person at check in and showed us around. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our toddler including crib, high chair. They even let us know in advance that we could check out a little later than 11 am which was highly appreciated especially with a toddler. They were wonderful and extremely thoughtful hosts. Would highly recommend!!
