Il Gelsomino Villa - Relax and Nature

Loredana ConcettaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Very nice house with a beautiful panoramic terrace, inconvenient to reach if you travel by car but it is in the historic center, very flexible check-in which was helpful for us

Infinity pool stunnig view near Rome

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

We had a nice stay on our bike trip to Rome in Fabio's studio. Large, beautiful space with beautiful views over the hills. Fabio made sure that our bikes could be safely parked in a garage 200m away. The e-bike could charge there. Fabio even helped carry the luggage up the stairs from the street to the studio. His recommendation for a restaurant was very good. Amelia is a beautiful town and we would love to come back, in Fabio's studio!

Sweet Floreal Watercolor House

I've never found many amenities offered in just one place. Eliana was immediately very available to provide us with a camping bed with everything you need and a high chair with great respect for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my little girl immediately looted! In the kitchen there is a need for tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, a super approved place to stay!

Jeppson Home

I arrived on foot with the backpacker from the train station. The doors of the church opposite were open and there was a beautiful choral concert in San Francesco. Afterwards, a drink in the bar under the Airbnb - and then I settle in and feel good in the spacious apartment. I was able to fall asleep wonderfully. A discovery the next morning in daylight: the idyllic courtyard. A perfect arrival in Bella Italia! Grazie mille.

Vasciano, Tranquility in a medieval village

BenedettoRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
a corner of history and peace in the heart of a medieval village. As soon as you cross the threshold of the historic center, you are greeted by an atmosphere of yesteryear: cobbled alleys, stone houses, panoramic views and the silence broken only by the singing of birds or the ringing of bells. The apartment, expertly renovated, retains the rustic charm of the period, with exposed beams, terracotta floors and furnishings with an authentic taste. At the same time, it offers all modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable and clean bathroom, and a cozy and quiet sleeping area. One of the strong points is undoubtedly the view: looking out the window, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills or a small square full of history and tradition. A stay that is not only a vacation, but a journey through the history and soul of a unique place.
