Well equipped ,clean house, terrace and upstairs bedroom with sea view. Great location. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants. We had a lovely stay.

Functional house. Very well located for visiting the different landing sites (Bunker, Caen memorial, American Cimetierre, Pegasus Birdge etc ...) The house is a few minutes from the sword beach by car.

Great location for Cabourg beach and town, proximity to Caen ferry easy for UK visitors. Road a little noisy out front but it was a French National Holiday so busier than usual. Lovely layout, good kids games/puzzles. Netflix also a bonus. Good coffee machine and kitchen equipment.

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!

Great stay! The house is nice, clean and well equipped, exactly as in the pictures. The surroundings are just as charming, perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive and thoughtful — even to bring us an infuser at the last minute, it was really lovely! We would recommend it without hesitation.

It is not easy to find accommodation for a family or friends reunion. Everything is there here. Number of rooms and beds, leisure facilities for children and adults, crockery, seats all in number for a large group. It's clean. My garden is nice, like the house. Thanks again for this weekend!

We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

Sandra was an excellent host and made our stay so easy. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

An excellent stay in an exceptional setting. Located near the Houlgate Golf Course, this peaceful haven offers many activities on site (darts, foosball, table tennis, volleyball, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pinball, billiards, karaoke). The perfect place for an EVG or a multi-activity stay with friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the accommodation is very well equipped and close to Houlgate for walks on the beach!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Karine's service: very welcoming host, nice and spacious mobile home, very well equipped +++, everything is there and everything is thought of, from the baby night light, coffee capsules, tea, paper consumables, hygiene products... nothing to say and especially very clean. This mobile home is a real haven of peace and we had a pleasant stay outside school holidays, very relaxing with my baby and my elderly mother. Classy, clean and quiet campsite. I had a great stay in this cozy little apartment, very comfortable and has everything you need. The sea view is beautiful and the access to the boardwalk and the beach is a short walk away. The environment is quiet and very easy to park in the immediate vicinity of the building. In addition, Jeremy is welcoming and provides very clear instructions for the apartment. In short, I will be very happy to come back during a future stay in Cabourg.

The place was FANTASTIC!! Only suggestion to host would be a second set of towels, and extra paper products. ie paper towels/toilet paper.

We loved our stay: the house is beautiful with a lot of charm, it is decorated with a lot of taste, very well equipped and very clean. The garden is very pleasant, with all the necessary furniture, encouraging idleness and family barbecues. This is the ideal family home with plenty of decorative touches, which will make you smile and feel good! Nearby are restaurants, the city center and the beach. The hosts are very friendly. We recommend without hesitation and will have a lot of fun coming back. Go ahead without hesitation!

True to the description of the accommodation, we spent 2 days relaxing with nature and our animal friends (swans; coypus) that we were able to observe in peace with the binoculars provided. we expect to be back next year. thank you

Easy access accommodation 2 seconds from Juno Beach where the Canadians landed on June 6, 1944. Please note: accommodation made for a couple with 2 children and not for 4 adults (1 classic bedroom with double bed and 1 very small bedroom without window with 1 bunk bed) Very average sound insulation with neighboring apartments. But we had a good stay.

Nicely located for reaching all the Normandy beaches and museums. A good selection of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and a great patisserie right opposite for the mornings croissants. House was clean and comfortable, perfect for our three night stay.

Valerie's rental is amazing. Impeccable quality accommodation, proximity to the beach 30 seconds' walk, shops and restaurants is very appreciable. The private parking space is also a real plus. Very clean apartment with the amenities you need. Baby equipment is a real plus too. One of our best stays. I highly recommend it, we can't wait to come back. A big thank you Valerie 🙂

We spent four nights in Bernieres sur Mer and from there took numerous excursions to the landing beaches (D-Day) and to Bayeux. Because the accommodation is very close to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach and go swimming frequently in the good weather. The accommodation is ideal for two people, everything necessary is available, modern and beautifully equipped.
