We had a very nice time in the pool house. The location by the stream is very beautiful and the view is simply relaxing. A huge highlight for the kids, to see the deer and the swans every morning. What was also great was that you can get to super beautiful beaches in a short time with the bikes. The hosts Sophia and Ben are very friendly and have a super pleasant and uncomplicated manner. We spent four great relaxing days here with our dog. Just doing nothing and letting our souls wander, that did us a lot of good. Delicious chocolate was ready for us as a welcome. The huge, beautiful garden is close to nature and laid out with a lot of love and flair. We also felt very comfortable in the beautiful rustic house and made ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace on the cooler evenings. Jacqueline is very warm and was always quickly available when there was a question. She was also very accommodating with the check-out. We will soon return to this enchanting place!

A great stay in a small village close to Luchow. Petra was so kind and responsive to all our requests. The house was perfect for a getaway, clean, with a lot of space inside, very well furnished and all the needed amenities. We loved the sorroundings so much, have a very big garden and outdoor space and also a quite vast well maintained courtyard behind with ample space to relax or for some games. The check in was flexible and smooth and the instructions were clear too. Would definitely love to come back and enjoy more time in this property. Thank you Petra and Family for all the kindness.

If you are looking for a few days of peace and relaxation, this is the place to have breakfast in a park among fruit trees with sensational views of a water lilies, early in the morning you have the chance to see a kingfisher while bathing, behind the house a beautiful stream, as far as the eye can see fields meadows and forest . Beautiful natural beach 15 min boltenhagen 30 min Lübeck or Wismar 45 min! Wi-Fi poorly the nearest baker 15 minutes away - didn't matter to us! Absolutely recommended!

We were very satisfied - a beautiful house in which our 3 small families had comfortable space!

We spent a great extended family weekend in Haus Quitte. The house is rustic and cozy, the garden is enchanting and huge and the sauna/pool invite you to do wellness. Ira and her daughter Sandra were always available for our questions, gave us tips on restaurants in Kühlungsborn, etc. In general, all communication with Ira and Sandra was super easy, uncomplicated and smooth. I can really recommend Haus Quitte without reservation, even for (larger) families with children. We are definitely already planning the next stay :-)

Our holiday was great. Rooms, beds, bathrooms and kitchen extremely clean and new. The kitchen is fully equipped. Like the visitors before us, we also had some problems with small children falling asleep, as there are only roller blinds upstairs. So it doesn't really get dark. Since the house is advertised as a family home, we would have liked a stair gate, which can be installed upstairs or downstairs as needed. Then it would have been a little more relaxed. From our side, a small suggestion for improvement: curtains or drapes in the living area. This is without, however, very sound-permeable and you can still hear conversations clearly on the 1st floor. Otherwise, everything was great. The play tower was a great success and the sandbox also fulfills its purpose. The view on the lake is fantastic. Shopping facilities are quick and easy to reach.

Warm hosts! A great place to relax and clear your head. Susan greeted us with the most delicious chocolate cake. You have the opportunity to be on your own and, if necessary, to get in touch with other guests. The accommodation is super lovingly furnished. We lacked nothing. Thank you and best regards!

Very nice house, decorated with style. We felt very comfortable with 3 children. In Warin you can't do much, but you can do a different activity every day, e.g. to Schwerin or to the Baltic Sea.

We spent a great few days in this beautiful house. The children loved to count the numerous snails, to discover the dike with the handcart or to make bread on a stick in the garden. In the morning, we saw a deer with two fawns up close and were able to observe numerous birds. And Mechthild and her husband were also very nice hosts with whom you could have a chat in the garden from time to time.

Sweet, cozy and pretty cabin in very nice, quiet surroundings and on a lovingly maintained, very large property, where you can really let off steam, especially in warm weather in summer (bivouac square, fire pits, raft, beer garden,...). Nice and very open owners!

We felt at home from the minute we arrived. The apartment corresponded to the description, was very cozy and we lacked nothing. In addition, nice and helpful hosts (even when there was a problem with the car). Above all, the large and very beautifully landscaped garden was a dream. Different seating arrangements everywhere. All around, it was just totally beautiful and relaxing!

We have a weekend in the house Mina with 4 people and a dog. Measured by the short stay, the cleaning costs actually seem unreasonably high to me. The cottage is close to you with other holiday houses. But since it is low season, the other houses were hardly occupied and it was accordingly quiet. In addition, we were kindly offered an upgrade, so we now had a barely visible garden overlooking the lake, which we enjoyed. We had caught the first beautiful spring weekend and thus wonderful sun on the terrace until 11 o'clock. The garden is fenced all around, but only 50 cm high on 3 sides. For my dog, it would be easy to hobbs about it, but she adhered to the demarcation. The location is nice for walking with the lake close by. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are rather soft. The decor is bright, friendly, maritime and modern. We felt very comfortable.

We had very nice days at the Martinshof. The amenities were very good. The yard is very large and there is a lot of space and greenery outside, great also the old barn with trampoline and table tennis as well as other games. The kitchen is cozy, but we also liked to sit on the large terrace with a beautiful view. The room layout is very good. The two bedrooms are not directly adjacent. Jochen gave us good tips, was very accommodating and always quickly reachable. The landscape is very beautiful and well suited for cycling, as there is little traffic on the roads. However, the nearest shopping or restaurant is a bit far away.

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The house was perfectly prepared upon our arrival: The beds were freshly made, everything was clean, tidy and immediately ready to move in. We found the kitchen to be particularly practical, where you could start cooking and roasting right away. We will be happy to come back. Many thanks!

A real feel-good neighborhood with excellent value for money! The accommodation is personally managed, very pleasant and warm – you immediately feel welcome. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic location directly on the edge of the field and forest, combined with a surprisingly good transport connection. So you can travel quickly, but at the same time can relax wonderfully. Everything was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable – ideal for a good night's sleep. A real highlight for me was the opportunity to use the exceptionally beautiful garden – a small oasis that further enhances the stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We stayed at Tina's place for several days over New Year's Eve in a group of 10 people. We found everything very clean and tidy and the house is very well furnished. Since there are 5 bedrooms and the associated bathrooms on the upper floor of the house, each couple had their "own empire" and a retreat. On the ground floor, we mainly stayed in the spacious rooms dining room and living room. The kitchen offers plenty of space and enough kitchen appliances to conjure up some more elaborate dish for several people. Sauna and hot tub also worked well. Upon arrival, you should think about bringing towels and bed linen, or use Tina's paid service. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. We would book the place again in the group and can recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days in the countryside.

We were 3 families with children and dog at Simon's house and felt very comfortable for the 2nd time this year. The house is really in top condition, has everything you need and more: we could grill, bake, cook, chill in the garden, go for a walk, etc. The nature and the relaxed environment there have enchanted us permanently and both the adults and the children definitely want to vacation there again. the holiday home has also been used as a permanent home, so there were no things to improve. The house also looked like new, rarely seen such a well-maintained stay. Ingo and Regina built and decorated this house with a lot of love and knowledge. The kitchen was very complete as well as the bathroom. The beds are also of excellent quality. And Ingo and Regina are particularly nice and regularly inquired whether everything was to their liking

We had a wonderful time at the Swedish house in Laschendorf! The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Everything was tip-top prepared and in excellent condition. The kitchen is also very well equipped, so we could easily cook for ourselves. There are also books and games for the kids and we were even allowed to use the trampoline. We particularly liked the cozy atmosphere, the beautiful garden and the location. Quiet and close to nature, but still so central that you can be at Fleesensee or Malchow in a few minutes. Whether cycling, hiking or just enjoying nature – there are numerous opportunities for activities for all ages. We'd love to come back and can fully recommend the Swedish house!
