Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lubmin

Seems small initially, but it was exactly what we needed for a short vacation. Nice and quiet area, walking distance from the beach

We stayed in the apartment for a week in Swinemünde. Bright and friendly furnishings, we felt comfortable. It was also really quiet, which was probably also because we booked in the preseason. The promenade, the beach and also the city with harbor are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. If you drive two side streets further, you will also find a free parking space in the residential area with a little luck 😉

We loved it in Janin's vacation home! The location is unbeatable, the area beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended! :)

Good for a family with 2 children, close to the beach, quiet, spacious, good shopping nearby. Staff was willing to provide information, accommodating and friendly.

We enjoyed the place a lot, just perfect for us. The kids loved the garden and surroundings, we were all happy to have a cozy and friendly place to stay and felt easily at home. The quarter was quiet and safe and we enjoyed riding bikes to the beach and to the nearby villages.

After slight starting difficulties, which could be resolved quickly by the landlady (big plus for communication at this point), we were able to spend a nice weekend in the accommodation. The furnishings don't quite suit our taste. Otherwise, everything was functional and especially the private sauna and the tub with hot tub function were convincing. The place is close to the beach.

It was really great! Also recommended with small children apart from the very steep stairs ;)

Friendly hosts, clean accommodation and everything you need. 🥰 The location was perfect for us with a dog. Super quiet, great walking paths and the beach within walking distance. 😊 We felt very comfortable!

My family and I, as nature lovers, felt very comfortable in this house, the 4 days we spent there will be repeated. Nothing was missing, very nice location, relaxing. Jan is a very nice, friendly host.

I felt very comfortable from the beginning. An initial small problem was immediately resolved by Tom and accompanied by travel tips for the stay. Very likeable. The place is very cozy, located in a nice little village in the hinterland of the Usedom Baltic Sea coast. I particularly liked the proximity to the mill (about 300 m), an absolute feel-good place for me, which I visited daily. It is recommended to be motorized as a guest. I'm sure to come back again :)

Wow, what a beautiful apartment. Everything as described, everything you need is available, and our expectations were even exceeded. The location directly on the beautiful Wilhelmstraße is fantastic. The bedroom is at the back of the house and is very quiet. A private parking is right by the house. Check-in and check-out were smooth via the agency, which is within walking distance. And André is a courteous and pleasant host. It was really a great all-round Airbnb experience.

My daughter and I unfortunately only stayed at Frederick's Airbnb for one night. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is super central, but still quiet. The amenities are excellent. Absolutely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay! It's a really nice unit that sits on the owners property. There was a lot of space, kitchen filled with lots of utilities and a great shower. Can't fault it :)

We had a great stay at Miedzyzdroje. The place is near the dog friendly beach and little bit further from center which is great if you look for more quiet place. Recommended

Staying at Ulrike's place was great. The apartment is as in the photos and a very great view. Ulrike always answered the messages and we had no problems checking in and checking out. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place. Gladly again and maybe see you soon.... :)

The house is very nicely furnished and the garden offers everything to really enjoy yourself with the sauna, the hot tub and the grill house. The kitchen is great for cooking with several people. We didn't miss anything in cooking utensils and there was enough dishes for everyone. The way to the beach is relatively short.

Our first time in Rügen. We loved it and the apartment was perfect for that. Very nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. We'd definitely come back. Beate is very nice, helpful and very quick to answer my questions. Check-in was easy and easy. What would have been nice would have been if there were bathrobes in the apartment or an information that you have to take some with you, as you can use the sauna and the pool on the roof. The location was quiet, but still central – supermarkets, cafés and public transport were easily accessible. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in was very quick and easy. I particularly liked the small personal touch in the accommodation, such as fresh towels, a welcome greeting and good tips for the area. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!
