Apartment holiday rentals in Luang Prabang Province

Chanthi is an incredible host and a lovely person! She welcomes you with a basket of fresh fruits and the warmest smile. The house is spacious and well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. It's a bit further from the city centre, and one of the bikes was a little tall for us, so we mostly walked or rented a motorbike. The neighbourhood dogs (all pets) can be unpredictable and bark at night, but once introduced, they become friendly. If you're afraid of dogs, talk to Chanthi—she'll happily find a solution. Overall, it was a memorable and highly recommended stay!

We left this morning and I look forward to returning already. The apt is so much bigger than the photos do justice and every detail is beautiful. The place was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, location was perfect with most of what we wanted to see within walking distance. There was even a massage parlour across from the apt that was so inexpensive but incredible. The restaurant downstairs is easily the best meal we have had in SE Asia in the six weeks we have been wandering. A memorable place + a super responsive and kind host

Had a great stay at Peninsular. The surrounding is fantastic. The property is clean, local-like, and accessible within walking distances to nearby attractions and chill places. Amenities provided inside the property is sufficient and appropriate. Had received great reception and guidance from the host and helpful recommendations throughout the stay. Location is superb, environment is tranquil and full of Laos authentic vibrants, and the stay is chill. Friendly host with excellent English speaking facilitates our stay and discovery of Luang Prabang attractions that is not to be missed. Although it is a short stay, but it is such a memorable and unforgettable trip and stay in this property. Thank you host !!

Souly’s house is very modern. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a clean functional kitchen, a water filtration system. The house was exceptionally clean and we never saw a single bug in 13 nights. Very rural yet a 4 min walk from the start of bars and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful setting. The dogs off the property are barkers, but run behind the fence when they see you coming. All are pets, not street dogs. Souly is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She took us to a tribal village where they were celebrating something, by invite only. An incredible day; an incredible stay.

This is a real vacation home. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, easy to walk around the city. The owner is very kind and welcoming. I will definitely come back.

The flat is neat, simple but tastefully designed and super comfortable, much better than the photos in my opinion, and it was perfect for us also price wise. The room can be made dark at night thanks to shutters. We stayed three nights instead of the five booked due to a problem with plumbing. Henri was very attentive to the problem and offered us a very suitable alternative which we accepted and were glad. The only thing I missed was the food preparation possibility that the room has. Before leaving the room we liked the walk to town, one by the main road and another through smaller roads, both about 20 minutes. We didn’t take tuk-tuks in the three days we were there. We hope to go back stay at this place or another one hosted by Henri and Boukham. .

Hat uns super gefallen, es ist sehr Neu man benötigt ca. 20 min zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt. Sehr Sauber und alles funktioniert einwandfrei in der Unterkunft.

I really enjoyed my week stay there and the owner (French) was one of the most helpful hosts I ever had. They picked me up from station! Place was well taken care with good amenities. Aircon was life saving haha! I really appreciated the bycicle, you can get to old town maybe in less than 10 min. Unfortunately two things need to be noted before you book. Firstly - there is no glass windows, just mosquitiera+wood. Which makes it super dark all the time there. Helps with heat, but going to sleep and waking up dark is like living in prison cell. As long as you wake up with sunrise and go out you be fine, otherwise it's quite depressing. It's also noisy! I was lucky that during my stay construction nearby was stopped. It only resumed on the last day and it was really loud :( also neighbors are noisy too, with even having loud fights at 1am and you can hear every word. I would still consider staying again, Eric (owner) was super kind and helpful. Just note those things before you stay.

I guess that its one of the best options in Lyangprobang. This place is absolutely modern, new, cozy and the host is super supportive and friendly. Yes, its not cheap, but its definitely fair price. You will see the river very close, yoy will see the real Laos life abd real people. I appreciate Souphany for everything. It was amazing experience. I work remotely and need good wifi. Wifi is brilliant, super-strong, I was able to have video calls with Africa without any issues. Well, it was very right decision to rent this apartment. Just one note. The pictures you see, this is not one apartment. There are several. Souphany sent me the pictures of my apartment, so everything was absolutely perfect. Souphany, thank you so much

We contacted Danho while driving, shortly before our arrival in the city. Danho answered kindly and was available to unswer to all our questions. When we arrived at the apartment, we were surprised to find that it looks even better than the pictures! The colonial design is impressive - arches, wooden shutters, high ceiling. A huge shower room, which includes a bathtub like in the movies, a shower and two sinks and everything is beautifully designed. The beds are comfortable and inviting. There is a living room in the apartment and a desk. The location is perfect! Close to the night market and an area with excellent restaurants. Highly recommend! I'm sure I'll come back here.

We stayed in a triple room near Luang Prabang, and it exceeded our expectations. Though the entrance was a bit tricky to find (look for the Jasmine sign near Joma Cafe), the rest was perfect. The room was clean, well-furnished, and cozy, with daily housekeeping. The hot and cold water system worked flawlessly, and tea, coffee, and bottled water were refilled daily, adding to the comfort. The location is fantastic—just steps from the night market, making it easy to explore the National Museum, Mount Phousi, and enjoy evening strolls. In the morning, plenty of food stalls and the morning market are nearby. Highly recommend for its convenience, comfort, and value!

首先，房东，房子挺不错，跟得上时代，位置好，干净，很满意，没有什么意见 ，谢谢。其次，借用此评论说一下隔壁客栈的事情，需要说明的是，千万别去隔壁客栈（sokmisay2)住宿和租摩托车，我们有惨痛的教训，那个该死的日本婆娘（obasan）是一个纯粹的诈骗犯和坏人，为了钱已经抛弃道德的底线，完全不是人，已经沦为动物，请不要可怜她们。我们打算租借了隔壁的摩托车，2天，可是她故意拿坏的摩托车给我们，我们选择好一点的，却被索要非合理的高价，才开出去2KM的加油站就彻底坏了，我加满了油，但我不得不艰辛的推回去找她换，她不换，换其它要加钱，退钱也不退，还故意敲诈勒索昂贵的维修费用，找她理论，完全无法沟通，并且咒骂威胁我们，最后没办法只有付给她高昂的维修费，让她换车，她口头答应，可是她却粗鲁的从我们手上抢走钱，抢走钱后，并没有给我们换车，而是让我们滚出去 。我父母很老了，不想与这样的恶人纠缠，也不想争吵打架，所以最后我们什么都没要就走了。据了解她敲诈勒索的不止我们，还有很多人，除了她们日本人。另外报警似乎没有什么用，也许他们是一伙的。相信因果报应，善有善报，恶有恶报，希望以后有正义的人可以给她们一点教训，让她们知道怎么做个人。
