In a residential area and family building 10' by bus from the city center ( next to the bus station too). Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο το 2020, το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο- απόκεντρο της Πόλης.Στα 10' λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον Λευκό Πύργο. Ακριβώς δίπλα στο Γερμανικό Ινστιτούτο (Goethe Institute). In the Heart of Thessaloniki's University Campus and right next to the center and the Kaftantzoglio Olympic stadium you will find a fully renovated, equipped, 27sqm cosy, one space apartment which offers a relaxing and comfy accommodation. Ideal for guests who travel with car as there is direct access to freeway exit/entry and free street parking which is usually available in a max. radious of 50m. Not highly recommended for beach or summer destinations.

It was a very good stay. The house is very clean, convenient, in a very good location, with easy parking. Yolanda very helpful and understandable, because we needed an alteration of the dates twice. He allowed us upon request check out at 12 o'clock. Great accommodation to visit Thessaloniki, we will prefer it again whenever needed.

Christos’ apartment in Thessaloniki is a small, clean, and tastefully decorated space. It’s just a short walk from the beautiful promenade center and close to cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops. The balcony overlooks the street and is perfect for a morning coffee. The kitchenette is basic but fine for preparing breakfast or a light meal. Parking in the building is very tight—we needed help getting the car in and ended up leaving it there for the duration, opting for public transport instead. Christos lives in the building, is very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay—I'd happily stay here again!
