Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lower Shotover

The place was simply amazing with amazing views. It was well maintained and it had fully functional kitchen.

Our stay was simply perfect - the hosts were overwhelmingly kind and welcoming, the place was clean and beautiful, the included breakfast was delicious, and the view from the suite was spectacular. The hosts provided excellent suggestions for meals and destinations - thanks to them it was easy for us to get around and enjoy all that Queenstown and its surrounds had to offer.

This crib is all about the view which is clearly spectacular. No other reviews have referenced the property’s layout which I will do here - not as a criticism, but as an observation so that folks can take same into consideration. The property has 2 bedrooms - however they are effectively joined (wth a small ante room in between) meaning that the second bedroom can only be accessed via the first bedroom. This arrangement is certainly noted in the property description; however it’s not apparent from the photos. Folks may need to take this arrangement into account, depending on who they’re sharing with, noting that the occupant of the second bedroom needs to pass through the first bedroom to access the bathroom. The wow house definitely lived up to its name because it was absolutely stunning! The house matched the description 100% and the views were so beautiful that I didn’t even want to leave the house for our activities lol so glad we got to stay here and only wished we booked for a longer stay. Juliet and her team were so helpful and accomodating and also recommend places to visit! 100/10 would visit again.

Our family of 9 loved staying at Michael’s place. It is quite unique and the view spectacular! The house has such an interesting history. There are 3 living areas so we could spread out. The house was very well equiped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The billiards table and table tennis table offered great entertainment. The location was perfect for us, close to the airport, shopping centres and bike trails. The huge garage accommodated our 9 bikes and there was ample parking for our 3 cars. It was absolutely perfect for us.

Oh where do I begin…Sararose and Jules family has the most charming apartment nested in an incredible mountain valley. But what touched my heart was how everything was designed and built in this apartment, and I really mean EVERYTHING. From the fully equipped and stocked kitchen to the cozy fire place, to the spotless bathroom, everything is thoughtfully placed and made by hand. Craftsmanship can be felt everywhere. It’s such a warm welcoming space inside out. The window seat is no joke, exactly as shown on the photos. Come here, you will find everything you will ever need, inside out.

The best Airbnb stay we have had to date! Such a beautiful property right on the lake with water views. The property has access to the Queenstown trail that takes you directly to Queenstown and connects to many other beautiful trails that you can walk/bike. The property is exactly as described but the photos do not do it justice - we will definitely be back!

Perfect home base for exploring Queenstown. Walking distance to the Onsen Pools and great food options. Porch has great views of the Shot Over River and the surrounding area. Super spacious and comfortable!

We loved our stay in Frankton. Anna’s place is a quick walk to New World supermarket, restaurants, and the Silky Otter Cinema. The apartment was super comfortable.

One of the best places to stay on the outskirts of Queenstown. Located in the beautiful Arthurs Point, this apartment was perfect for what we were after. It was quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had an incredible view over the Shotover river, while being only 10 minutes from the centre of QT. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and cannot recommend this place enough!

Clean, cosy and conveniently located. Would happily stay again.
