The hostel is very idyllically located directly opposite a forest. To Detmold, it was about 7 km by car no problem at all and can be reached relatively quickly. The double room was superbly clean and tastefully decorated, all brand new and modern. Contact with hosts was smooth, straightforward, and quick. We would come back here anytime😊👍👍

Everything exactly as described, the check in and check out is simply super, the hostel is super clean, in the kitchen there is nothing missing, you just have to bring food, cook and that's it, simply great, I will definitely come again

Very nicely tucked away forest hostel. Shared kitchen, but well kept. Room had everything one needs, comfortable and clean. Only thing to note is that the walls are a bit thin if other guests are there, but it seems to not be so full all the time, and sleeping was not a problem.

Good hostel with flexible check-in. The host was responsive. The place is 15 minutes walkable from Rail station and Bus station. I came from Berlin and this accommodation was very helpful as it was close to my exam centre and bus station.
