It was amazing, The place was honestly really really close to the convention center and was in walking distance of lots of stuff!

Hurricane Francine arrived 2 days after I did.. The house was very solid, no rattling windows or anything to become concerned about during the storm. This was a lovely place to stay. The private courtyard was peaceful with a grill and a hot tub to use if I chose. The room was nicely appointed with a full kitchen so we didn't need to eat out for every meal which I liked a lot.

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

We loved our stay! Beautiful, charming home that was very comfortable and clean. Gorgeous high ceilings were an added bonus that can’t be fully captured in pictures!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic — there’s so much to do within just a 10-minute walk. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time there!

Our stay at Katherine's home was wonderful. Close to Magazine Street which has several stores and eateries. A short Lyft ride into the French Quarter. The home had everything we needed. We greatly appreciated Katherine's quick responses and flexibility on early check-in and allowing us to keep our luggage at the home until our evening flight. Thank you so much!!

I loved this place and wished we could stay forever. The home is perfect, filled with art and more charm than one can imagine! Its located in the Garden District which is amazing. You can walk to the trolley, restaurants, and shops; all the while surrounded by amazing architecture. Shannon provided us with everything, from coffee and pastries to a balcony were you can sit and have breakfast. I asked Shannon a few questions before we arrived and she was quick to respond and made me feel safe and comfortable. She had books on New Orleans, suggested cafes on the refrigerator, even provided us with Mardi Gras beads we could take home. I can not reccommend this wonderful place more! Great location, but if you’re a light sleeper, it is very loud until two or 3 AM. Suggest earplugs.

This is the second time I've rented from this AirBnB host and, once again, they provided a lovely stay. The apartment is close enough for a walk to the French Quarter or around the corner for groceries or coffee. Although it's above a bar, and the music filters up, it didn't bother me. It was like white noise and a reminder that I was, after all, in New Orleans. I wasn't looking to be insulated from the vibrancy of the city. Slept well without earplugs. I came for work and the apartment was perfect for it; clean, peaceful, with a practical layout and comfortable bed. It was one of my favorite stays in NOLA and I hope to rent it again!

Andy was very kind. We had an incident the first night and Andy was very understanding and handled it with kindness yet professionally. The house was a short uber to everywhere. The bbq restaurant across the street is very good also. We are planning to be back in September! Thank you Andy!

Beautiful area, we were able to access almost everywhere in the city from a short bus ride. Amazing host as well! We had an issue with our sink the first night of our stay and the host came and fixed it for us the same day! Since the law firm below is a running business I would recommend booking your stay during the weekend. My group had an amazing time at this place and are already talking about booking again next year!

I’m a local having work done on my house and Suzanne could not have been a friendlier host. The location was great for the price, especially. The space is classic shotgun New Orleans charm. She reached out ahead of time and responded to all of my messages quickly and efficiently… I really appreciated her flexibility with both check in and check out. It was a hot day and I was relieved that she’d turned the AC on earlier in the day so it was nice and cool. I found out later that the central air had gone out and she went out of her way to get window units urgently installed for my arrival! The central air was back on but I am grateful she didnt take the chance. The furnishings were just right and not cramped. Towels were super soft and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks Suzanne! Will definitely keep in mind when visitors are in town!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this delightful small apartment in New Orleans for our very first Airbnb experience, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went! The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub, which provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The apartment beautifully showcased the unique New Orleans charm, making our experience even more special. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, which added a playful touch to our accommodation. This place is perfect for couples or small families seeking a cozy retreat. We had absolutely no problems during our stay, and everything went perfectly. Additionally, our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we can't wait to return!

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Great stay, will definitely be staying again for future visits. Super clean and as described. Was way too hot outside to use the hot tub when we visited but that also looked great. Super cool neighborhood and the rooms ac was great despite it being 90+ degrees every day of our stay

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. This condo was great for our French Quarter Fest vacation, the beds were comfy and it felt very safe and secure. The hot tub on the roof was especially nice after walking all day. Some things to note - two of the bedrooms are interior only, no windows, which was fine for our group but wasn’t expected, and the only bedroom with windows does get a lot of noise early in the morning (again, not a huge problem for us but just something to know). All the windows in the unit face another building so there’s not a huge amount of natural light or any view, but it was a great location and very comfortable. The two main rules are very strict - they will charge you if you get makeup on the white towels (they give you a very small washcloth for makeup removal), and they charge a lot for early check in or late check out, both were kind of a bummer - makes it feel a bit more corporate.
