Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

The cottage was exactly as described; modern, warm, comfortable bed and lounge, every amenity that could be required, and tastefully decorated. Secure courtyard and surrounding fields ideal for my dog. Great host. Highly recommended.

Booked this for my partners birthday, we had the most amazing stay, everything was exactly like the pictures, Lucy was very welcoming and was very friendly! We had the most beautiful stay and we will definitely be booking again!! There is an amazing restaurant just down the road called the gatsby, we had food and drinks here food was delicious and service was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a special day, had a lovely homely feel!

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

Debra's place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is filled with all cutlery, utensils so you can easily cook food there. The fridge is of good size! The garden is also of large size and we spotted little bunnies there. The children were thrilled! The rooms are of good size and have nice linen. Debra was very responsive and provided all clear instructions for a flexible check-in. We recommend this place for friends and families.

Very lovely home! Very responsive host! Place was beautiful and everything we needed was within a 10 min walk. Seafront was 10 mins away! Parking was okay! Got a spot when we needed it. Lovey market when we went, and great arcades :) Thankyou

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

David was exceptionally good at responding to questions re the house. The house was lovely and in a great area with dog walks nearby. We had a lovely time and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable and pillows seemed great quality which was a nice touch. Great location and we had a fab stay.

Highly recommend this beautiful chalet for a visit to the Fitties in Humberston. This is our 3rd visit to the Fitties, which is already a very special place, but WOW, this chalet is really something special. The open kitchen/living space is absolutely flooded with light and the views onto the dunes are just amazing. We visited in late May and shallows were zooming around all evening. The listing was just as described with all you could need for self-catering. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and bedding all of the finest quality. we did struggle with WIFI and reception- however this seems a problem across the Fitties anx we actually enjoyed the disconnect and embraced it. if you're going to work you may struggle but to relax and unwind it was perfect. 2 nights just not long enough. Hosts always kind and responsive. We hope to return! Thank you.

beautiful and peaceful! Plenty of space, easy access throughout the home (we had grandparents at 80+ with us). Dog friendly with a lovely and secure garden. Locals were also really friendly and tell people take pride and love where they live. Thank you ever so much for the stay!! ❤️

Beautiful house in lovely location. I think it was even better than the photos. Highly recommend this place. And Max responds incredibly quickly if you have problems. We had a minor one with the patio doors. Nothing more to say excellent!

Lovely couple of days at the cottage, once the gate is closed to the garden you are in a world of your own. So peaceful and relaxing. everything you need in the cottage, comfortable bed with an amazing duvet. fantastic Hot Tub and garden recliners for the sunny days. John was a fab host, who was there for any questions we had.

A great short getaway at Glen’s place who was a lovely host and took time out to meet us and show us around. Felt very comfortable. A lovely, quiet and safe location with a lake. Plenty of ducks wondering and roaming around. Overall Glen’s lodge was clean and tidy, we were also left with a few goodies along with eggs and milk. Would definitely recommend for couples and a small family of 4!

We had a wonderful time at Holly House. Simon was awesome and extremely helpful. The house was very homely with fresh flowers on the table and super comfortable bed. Walk to shop was handy. Highly Recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation was spotless and beautifully decorated, so private and peaceful. A great location, wonderful places to eat and drink. I didn't need to contact Liz for anything as it was already there or the information had already been forwarded to me. I certainly got the feel that if I needed anything Liz would have been on hand. I would definitely recommend and 100% will be back it was just perfect ❤️

We hadn't been to Anderby Creek for several years and we wanted to go back as we knew it was so peaceful. Stephanie's bungalow is in a quiet location with a lovely pub and cafe within walking distance. The area is perfect for walking and the garden is secure, which was great for our dog. The bungalow has everything you need, is clean and decorated beautifully. We will definitely go back, it was ideal for us.

This place was lovely and matches the images exact. So big and clean and was perfect for our little get together. Only issue was that it was very hot! However the owner was lovely and dropped off more fans for us. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions. They do have AC coming in soon so that heat won't be an issue. I would definitely think about staying again in the winter to experience a cosy winter vibe.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lock keepers cottage. It's set in such beautiful surroundings right on the River with a spacious roof terrace to enjoy the view. The cottage had so many spaces to relax and enjoy your surroundings and to unwind. we loved the eclectic decor and the quirky details. The location is great for walking and we enjoyed the river walk to Boston and the country park, definitely have loved to stay longer

Went here for the weekend with 3 other friends and the place was absolutely stunning. Could not have asked for a better location to stay and the amount of space for all of us was perfect. The Hot tub is definitely an added bonus to an already wonderful place. Will definitely visit again
