We really enjoyed time in Villa Anait, we were pleased by the hospitality of Alex and welcoming food. The villa by itself is very fresh , stylish, modern and big enough for a family of 4. A place where you want to come back. We were happy to spent our vacation at your place!

The villa is a slice of paradise. Its beautiful in everyway. The garden and pool area is idyllic, stunning ancient olive trees, views of the sea and sunset, a relaxing hammock as well as other different seating areas to make the most of the days light and meal times. With such beautiful flowers comes an array of interesting butterflies, insects and all sorts which we enjoyed discovering especially our daughter. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and has been decorated really nicely. For us and our 2 daughters (3 year old and 10 month old) the open plan space worked perfectly. The host Georgia and her parents who live next door are incredibly helpful and friendly. Nick and Claire were so welcoming and helpful and spoiled us with so many nice and extremely tasty meals. The word limitation on airbnb doesn't give me enough space to really say how truly special this place is. We hope that one day we can go back to visit. Very special!

Had a lovely stay, highly recommended. Every detail has been thought of inc external mosquito window nets so you can open the windows without getting bitten and lots of nice small touches such as fresh bread, water and fruit upon check in. It’s a very clean, tidy villa in a quiet part of the village/town. It’s ideal if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday. It’s only a short 5-10 min walk to the local restaurants and shops.

Our stay at Myrtia Villa, was nothing short of exceptional—a true haven that offered us the perfect escape from the busyness of life. Set amidst the serene surroundings of Divarata, the villa is an ideal sanctuary for anyone looking for tranquility, natural beauty and modern style and with easy access to so many beautiful places on the island. The villa truly stole our hearts. It’s impeccably designed and maintained, blending modern comfort with rustic elegance. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest of hosts — thank you so much Anna and Spiros - your genuine hospitality and kindness made us feel at home. The villa is immaculately clean, thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from a well stocked kitchen to plush linens and those little extra touches that show true care. We especially loved the outdoor space—a peaceful terrace perfect for morning coffees, leisurely afternoons, and quiet sunsets. Can’t wait to return. 10/10. Superb !

Eva und ihr Vater waren tolle Gastgeber. Haben im Vorfeld viele Tipps und Adressen für Unternehmungen erhalten. Eva hat sich immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und war immer bemüht uns unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt, zumal wir mit einem vollen Kühlschrank, 2 Flaschen Wein, einer Obstschüssel, Brot etc. empfangen wurden. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön, sehr gepflegt und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke Eva!!

A beautiful home, in a beautiful location, was paradise...the local restaurants were all so welcoming and amazing food, close to many beautiful beaches and sights, you can do nothing or explore for days on this island . Themis was great host, very friendly and helpful when we needed to ask , especially about what to do. Thank you Themis !

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

We had such a great stay in this beautiful villa! Everything was spotless, the house is really nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, the pool was a great addition and we really enjoyed having a BBQ in the evening. What set this apart was our amazing host Pantelis- he was so responsive, and went out of his way to help us- even to help us plan a birthday surprise for my partner! You need a car to stay here, as there’s not much in walking distance, but it’s in an area of the island that is close to some great beaches and a variety of restaurants. Can’t wait to come back to Kefalonia!

We recently stayed at Villa Theano for three days and had a fantastic experience. The property is brand new, and we were impressed by its modern amenities and stylish design. The outdoor spaces are spacious and well-maintained, with a great swimming pool that offered stunning views of the sea. The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were attentive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, Villa Theano exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sami We hope to return in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Rosa. The villa was very traditional in a quiet village. The view was absolutely spectacular and it was so nice to sit outside of a morning and evening and take it in. Host was very helpful and organised a taxi for us as our flight was very late and my husband wasn’t keen on driving in the dark. The taxi kosmas were great too and the next day helped us woth a car hire conwhi dropped off a car and allowed us to return it to the airport on the way back. This was perfect for us as our flight going out was very late so we needed a car for most of the day. Definitely recommend having a hire car as both his really walking distance and very hilly. The local tavernas in the town were great and all had wonderful food and very friendly. Our favourite I think was sea rock. We took a trip to Sami and hired a boat there which was a wonderful day out. The beaches were quiet due to the time of year which again was perfect if you’re looking for a quiet holiday.

An amazing Villa with amazing views. The inside was beautiful and well equipped like staying in a 5 star hotel. Also in walking distance to a beautiful swim spot and Windmill restaurant. Sitting in the pool watching the sun go down each night made our trip.

This was a beautiful and luxurious villa in a peaceful location with a breathtaking view. Everything made our vacation feel so special. I cannot fault the pool, the outdoor areas, or the villa itself- it was all excellent. The weather was up and down when we visited but due to our lovely villa, we was still able to relax and have those amazing views from inside. Michel was a friendly host and he was very easy to contact and happy to help with anything you may need. Mr Takis was very friendly and could not do enough for you. I highly recommend this villa, and we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay - a group of 4 plus a toddler. The space is great, very functional especially with a little one, and beautiful spots to sit and eat either looking over the stunning ocean, or under the olive trees in the yard. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, good communication, and were flexible with check in/out time. There was housekeeping included every couple of days which was an unexpected treat. We swam at the beach down the hill every day - it was beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend.

We came with 2 young kids for 5 days and we had a truly amazing stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that scenery each day felt like a dream. The villa was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the kitchen amenities to the cozy rooms, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Our host dionisis was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always responsive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway in Kefalonia. We would definitely come back!

Heel mooie villa met zwembad, dat groot genoeg was om ook echt te zwemmen! De villa zelf was compact, maar ze was compleet uitgerust. En uitraard hebben we van 's morgens tot 's avonds kunnen genieten van het terras. Ook bedankt aan Clayde dat hij ons nog heeft ontvangen na aankomst met de laatste ferry vanuit Kilini.

An extremely well designed, and constructed contemporary villa with quality fittings throughout. So much thought has clearly gone into this project including the lighting design and landscaping. The villa was a pleasure to stay in - lovely furnishings, comfy bed/bedding, and wonderful outdoor area with 2 covered sitting areas and 4 very comfortable sunbeds. The kitchen was very comprehensively fitted out and was like home from home. If you were wanting to do some self catering there wouldn’t be anything you’d find missing. Anastasia and Anatoliy were wonderful hosts and have thought of absolutely everything their guests may need. They were exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Most definitely 5 star!

5 stars – A Truly Exceptional Stay! We had the most incredible time at this beautiful, brand-new villa. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, private, and not overlooked, with stunning views of both the sea and the mountains. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise. Vicky and Matt were outstanding hosts—warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The villa itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need: all the modern conveniences, a fully stocked kitchen with essentials (plus tea, coffee, sugar, and even wine!), a washer, iron, hairdryer, pool and shower towels, shampoo, and more. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The saltwater pool was a dream—so refreshing and pleasant to swim in. There’s also a large umbrella for shade, a barbecue area, and a lovely garden space to relax in during the evenings. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into making the outdoor space as beautiful too .

Hariklia was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Great value for money and great location, House was clean and welcoming. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within short distances to various beaches and attractions. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily and would recommend it to anyone.

Had an amazing stay at Villa Daphne. Daniel arranged a person to meet us when we checked in and explain the accommodation and area. He was very prompt and answered questions immediately. The place with amazing with modern furnishings, nice linens, and well stocked kitchen. Air conditioning in every room and all TVs were smart. The pool and Jacuzzi were well kept and the pool side furniture was great. The outdoor space was perfect for days and evenings out. At few times we tripped the circuit breaker, and didn't have power to the house, but Daniel talked us through how to get it going again! Would recommend having a vehicle, since the place is up a steep hill (Kefalonia is a very mountainous), but restaurants are nearby if you want to walk.

Wow!! What an incredible holiday we have just had. The villa is just stunning. We came with an 8&10 year old. The pool was perfect, the location was close to the beach, the restaurants and the mini market. The villa itself was immaculate, and the daily maid service was incredible! Views are spectacular, it was very special. Haris was lovely, he met us at the villa and gave us great recommendations as well as booking our taxi transfers. We also hired a car with Easy rental. Recommend restaurants Gefiri and Chefalonia as well as Kefalonia Boat Rental for a perfect private trip. Thank you Haris, we would love to come back.
