Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Bois Mort. Cette magnifique campagne est idéale pour se reposer et profiter de ses proches. Le logement est très agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut à disposition. La piscine et le spa suédois sont un vrai plaisir, sans oublier le terrain de pétanque et de Molkky. Ces vacances ont été une superbe surprise pour nous, mais l'atout principal de ce lieu reste Richard. Il est attentionné dans les moindres détails, et rend le séjour parfait grâce à sa cuisine, ses suggestions, sa réactivité, et sa gentillesse. Merci encore pour ces quelques jours à Bois Mort. Un weekend prolongé extrêmement agréable dans un lieu plein de charme. Julie est joyeuse, a l'écoute et au petit soin J'ai rarement vu un petit déjeuner aussi copieux dans d'autres gîtes. De même, nous avons testé en supplément le repas proposé : un excellent rapport/qualité prix. Enfin la séance jacuzzi dans la cave troglodyte a fini de nous charmer Je recommande vivement ce logement

Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé dans un bâtiment qui a beaucoup de charme et le tout dans un environnement très calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les instructions sur l'utilisation des différents équipements ont été très claires. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi qui est toujours agréable. Nous recommanderons cette adresse sans hésiter.

Logement d’une propreté impressionnante. Environnement calme et supermarché à 5 minutes à pied. Logement particulièrement adapté aux jeunes enfants.

Julie est une hôte remarquable quand à son accueil sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Elle a toujours le sourire. La maison est très propre, literie impeccable et de nombreux accessoires dans la cuisine L'endroit est calme, la piscine est suffisamment grande pour garantir de jolies baignades Le jacuzzi et le terrain de pétanque ajoute un plus à cette location je vous conseille vivement cet endroit Il est à environ à 2heures de l'océan, à 1h30 du marais poitevin

This tranquil place is perfect for a stop over or as a base to explore the region. It is close to the motorway and yet far enough from it no to be heard. There is a medium size supermarket and a large pet store nearby which is convenient. The village itself is worth a visit, especially on market day. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding of great quality. The log burner is user friendly and efficient. There is plenty of wood made available. The grounds are vast and very pleasant. Our labrador took full advantage of them. The owner is very friendly towards both dogs and people. The mairie has recently changed the street numbers but google has yet to receive the memo so it sends you to the wrong address. Make sure you double check the address with the owner before your arrival. This was a real find for us after travelling through France for 3 months. It is a perfect mid way stop over if you are travelling up or down on the west coast, especially with a dog. We'll be back:)

We loved our time at Orchard cottage. Emma and Tim went above and beyond to welcome us, offer tips on good locations amd even offered to run us up to a local wine tasting. We were able to enjoy some "down time" relaxing in the beautiful garden, using the pool and reading in the hammock. And we also visited 4 local chateaux. We particularly enjoyed our day in Saumur. I highly recommend this venue for a fabulous experience of rural countryside and visits to some of the beautiful chateaux that the Loire region has to offer.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Vincent. Hôte disponible et très réactif. La description et les photos sont conformes, le logement, typique de la région, est lumineux et bien pensé. Merci

As a family with young children, this home and its surroundings were perfect. The house is spotlessly clean, stylish, and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are generous, with shutters to aid a good night’s sleep. Our only minor suggestion would be to have a more comfortable indoor sofa. The outdoor space is wonderful, with beautiful flowers and a cherry tree. The swimming pool has a cover for rainy days and is glorious to uncover when the sun is shining. The resident peacocks kept everyone entertained. Lucie is a lovely host, warm, responsive, and discreet. A bottle of their family wine waiting for us on arrival was a thoughtful touch. I enjoyed morning runs with vineyard views. The house is a 20-minute drive from charming towns, like Chinon and Azay-le-Rideau. A particular highlight was the Chinon Forte. Overall, this was the perfect blend of peaceful country living with easy access to vibrant, picturesque French towns. We look forward to our next visit.

Bovenal: wat een heerlijke plek! Sfeervol, comfortabel en goed uitgeruste gîte. Gelegen in de luwte van een karakteristiek dorpje. Veel gewandeld en tijd in de prettige tuin doorgebracht omdat het mooi weer was. Alain en Annie zijn vriendelijk, discreet en hebben welkome informatie over de omgeving en restaurants. Kortom we hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Komen zeker terug. Zijn nog lang niet uitgekeken op Blaison, Anjou-Saumur. De gîte van Annie en Alain is een perfecte uitvalsbasis.

We spent a very relaxing week, exploring the Loire Valley during the day, taking a swim in the afternoon and enjoying a barbecue in the evening. It was a very good place for us to slow down… You will have a regular and enjoyable visitor though - Sandra’s friendly black cat likes to come over.

We had a great stay with our three kids (7, 5 and 5) this summer. Tina and Julian were extremely welcoming and the kids loved the cats and dogs and the small pool. The house is adjacent to a small campground (5 spots, no big RV's), which means there is plenty of space to run around. 10 min drive from the closest supermarket and 30-45 min from Saumur, Angers, Chinon and the amazing Fontevraud Abbey. We loved the fact that we could enjoy the peace and quiet of our cottage, while being relatively close to many interesting towns and activities. Our son broke his arm and Tina and Julian were so kind and supportive, even contacting the hospital for us. We had a great vacation and would love to stay again.

Le logement est charmant, cocooning et très très bien équipé. On s’y sent comme à la maison. La Clim à l’étage est clairement un plus. Et on a apprécié les 3 bacs (verre/jaune/poubelle) à l’extérieur, pas besoin de chercher des heures où tout jeter lorsqu’on quitte le logement. Merci pour le conseil de la guinguette de la ferme du pont c’est vraiment vraiment génial, on a adoré !!!! Et conseil pour les futurs locataires le resto l’auberge du cul de paille à Poitiers un vrai régal ! A seulement 12 minutes du Futuroscope et à proximité d’une boulangerie.

Tout d’abord le domaine est en pleine nature, près de Saumur. Visites nombreuses dans un périmètre restreint. Pour les enfants, la piscine est très appréciable pour un retour de visite. L’appartement nous convenait parfaitement pour nous 3.

We spent 3 nights at Brigitte’s place in early June. A family if 6, aged 68 to 15. We all absolutely loved the house and surroundings. The house had a nice French farmhouse flair to it. Downstairs is a sitting/dining area, kitchen, and a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs was 3 more bedrooms with 1 double and 4 single beds as well as another full bathroom. The location is very secluded with only Brigitte’s house nearby. If you don’t have a car it will be difficult to deal with because there is nothing within walking distance. But we lived the quiet peacefulness, the sounds of the birds, as well as visiting with the horse and chickens. We only used the pool once but it was warm under the cover and it was a special family bonding event. Brigette was very friendly and answered any questions quickly. This was my favorite place that we stayed in France and I highly recommend it.

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé! La maison et le jardin sont superbes et sont un vrai havre de paix pour se reposer et profiter de la Touraine. Un grand merci à David et Vincent qui sont des hôtes très accueillants et attentionnés, tout était parfait!

Un séjour parfait dans ce gîte niché dans un très bel environnement, plein de charme, très bien entretenu et avec une merveilleuse piscine. Et que dire de nos hôtes, d’une rare gentillesse et sympathie. Merci pour ce très beau week-end prolongé. Nous reviendrons avec joie !

Nous avons séjourné deux jours dans le domicile de SCOTT, et vraiment sous le charme, vraiment identique à la description, une belle surprise, nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps une autre fois certainement. En tout cas une adresse à garder en mémoire ou à indiquer à de bons amis. Un grand merci à Scott en ce qui nous concerne.
